    I went to this Spectrum store today to add a mobile line so I could watch Dodger games for free on SNLA +. I worked with both Eddie and Connie. They were fantastic. They helped me cancel my existing Google Fi mobile account and setup my new mobile line at Spectrum - which triggered the free Dodger deal. They were knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. I asked Connie if she could possibly reduce my spectrum internet costs. She looked at my account and ended up cutting my monthly charges in half saving me $86 per month (I have two houses so it was $43 each). A 50% reduction. I can't believe I'm giving spectrum a five star review but they earned it.

    "Jizzie"(?) trying to sell me internet that's slower and more expensive than what I'm getting from Frontier after returning my equipment.

    I can not express how much I dislike this company and the entire experience of changing service. I always return my equipment in person because I've had the company accuse me of keeping it (glad I had the receipt). But the process of simply returning the equipment is agony. Despite every piece of equipment having a unique serial, you have to jump through hoops to "verify" yourself several times. This is after the emotionally manipulative and abusive/gaslighty process of calling to cancel. My favorite part was when "Jizzie" (? Couldn't tell from her handwriting) pretended like her feelings were personally hurt when I said I was returning equipment because I'd canceled service. Just a gross company culture if that's how they train people. At the end of the day, Frontier offered better speeds and prices; don't do this gaslighty gross emotional manipulation. Jizzie pretended to be "sad" several times when I declined to sign up for a new internet service despite me explaining that it was simply a matter of money. Don't worry - I'm sure she won't lose any sleep over it. I deeply, deeply hated my experience in that store. It's so unpleasant, I don't think I'd become a Spectrum customer again if I can help it because it was so unpleasant.

    It's quite busy at 11:30am on a Weds. I would come earlier or way later next time.

    I don't give many low reviews, but they earned this one. Other than calling me a derogatory name, the service, helpfulness, and organization couldn't have been worse. Maybe it could be worse if they all were playing video games on their phones instead of helping us, but that would probably be it. Our router stopped working so we called the Spectrum help line who ordered us a new one and said it could be delivered or we could pick it up at any Spectrum store. We thought, decrease carbon, make it faster, we'll pick it up in person. Went over to our local Spectrum store on Bellflower Blvd, put my name in the kiosk, waited 15 min and then when I got called I was told I could not pick up the new router without bringing in the other one (not told to me on the phone) and I needed to be added as a user on the account since my spouse is the primary (also not told to me on the phone). So I left, unplugged all the equipment, boxed it up, had my wife add me to the account and returned the following day to do it all over again. Put my name in the kiosk, waited 20 min since it was busier, got called up and was told she needed to call it in and not do it on the app or online, it had to be called in. Ok, that's fine. But communicate that. Expressly say that "You will be turned away if she doesn't call it in. You gotta call. MAKE SURE YOU CALL, not through app, got it? It was told as such a whatever detail that it was easily missed. And even if I missed that detail (which btw, what's the difference? She calls or logs in and changes it, she's adding me. Why is a call a vital step?), why not try to help me complete my request in some way. "Yes, unfortunately it does need to be a phone call. Tell you what. Do you want to just maybe step to the side for a second and call her? Or I can call her from here just to verify. She can get you added and then I'll bring you right back up and get you on your way. Sorry about that." What I got was, you didn't do it the right way, next! When I came back I got a different employee, he returned my router and got me ready to go. Third time's a charm! Granted, I had been added to the account via phone call at this point. He had everything he needed to complete the exchange but at least the conversation was way more helpful and empathetic in tone. The whole Spectrum process is broken and most of the employees here seemed burnt out, need better training or need to be supported by the larger Spectrum corporate policies because by the time the customers walk in here, we haven't been prepared properly on how to be successful and we are pissed off.

    So I sold my iPhone 14 I bought from spectrum 2.5 years ago for $400 today & then I bought the iPhone 16 pro max in champagne gold from this location and added it onto my cell phone plan of $55, and $33 a month so around $88 a month I pay now! The phone is $1200! Well worth it! My iPhone 14 was $800 when I first bought it from spectrum! Had spectrum for about 3 years now. I'm ok with spectrum.. it's a good enough service and the financing part is cool. Shoutout to the guy who helped me today posted his business card!

    It's impossible to have uninterrupted viewing. I turned the tv at 7 it is 9 and already has stopped working twice.

    I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated,…read morehigh-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!
