came to this UPS store on a Thursday afternoon to ship a simple envelope overnight. They charged me $93 for a Friday morning delivery. The following day, when I was told the letter hadn't arrived, I checked and realized they still hadn't shipped the letter. Instead of shipping it on Thursday night, they waited 24h to ship it on Friday night and it ended up arriving on Monday morning instead on Friday morning. This means I had paid $93 for 4-day shipping, which would have cost me less than $10 with USPS. I went back 3 times to the store to get refunded for this failed overnight service. I talked to the owner who told me I would be refunded, gave all my info. 2 weeks later, he still hadn't done anything, despite coming to the store about this 3 times. I found another way, but this should give you a pretty clear idea about how much they care about their customers and if you should trust them with important mailings. read more

I have been a customer here for at least a decade, since the old owner and her team were here. I have a great relationship with all the employees except one. She gives me a hard time every time I interact with her to the point I'd rather let someone go in front of me if that's the case. I have seen her ignore people, she couldn't even get the sliding divider open one morning while there were a plethora of people outside. I'm not sure if she doesn't like me or is that's just how she is but it's not welcoming and there are far more efficient employees than her. I won't say her name but I will say Bernard should be a fireman the way he puts out whatever fire is in his path as well as helping others. Also Ronnie is great with the customers she's friendly she gets your package and mail before you get to the front of the line to reduce waiting she just stays on top of things I feel both of them should get a raise or some type of acknowledgement they both deserves it I fear what would happen without them. read more

There was a long line a he served about 4 people in the span of 5 minutes while the other employee (didn't get her name) stayed with the same customers from the moment I went in, to the moment I got out. I've used this facility to ship packages a few times and the staff is always helpful. They provide different service options with pricing so you can decide how fast your delivery will be. There's sometimes a line but it moves quickly. I actually haven't ever paid attention to know if they have materials available for purchase such as tape or other supplies but my guess is they do. read more

They've lost several of my mails. When I called several times to get their attention, the manager told me that she's "busy", and hang up. I called again and this time I had a chance to talk to the owner. Owner also said to me she's "busy". Busyness is their problem and not mine. They should hire more people if they are so "busy". Lost someone's mails are crime. They don't want to bother to investigate. Nor their customers would not tell you if they received someone else's mails in their mailbox. Do not recommend. read more

Staffs need to learn how to be efficient. I get they're busy but being proactive and asking customers currently in line what can they be helped with goes a long way. Afterall, one of the staffs was walking around making small talk with a regular behind me while I only had one package at the front of the line that I just needed to drop off and grab a receipt before I leave. I was not approached until close to 10 minutes of waiting to be told that I can just scan my package with a QR code for my return and leave it on the counter. My local go-to UPS store. Great for getting items notarized, shipping international, mailing overnight, getting fingerprinted, etc. I think their fingerprinting is on hold due to the pandemic, but they graciously referred me to a place close-by when I needed it. International shipping is a breeze with them. The first time you ship to a specific address, they ask you lots of questions and obtain all the contact info. The second and subsequent shipments to the same address were much much faster since everything is saved in their system. They take care of all the customs paperworks for you which is a huge relief. With the text alerts, all the packages I have sent arrived right on time without any delays. As far as notary goes, every time I've gone and needed it, it's always been the same person. I am blanking on her name right now, but she is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have met. She truly enjoys her job and it is always a joy to be assisted by her (also because she is super duper fast!). Anyway, love my local UPS store and will continue to use their services! read more

The way I was treated today by Ronah was so unprofessional! She looked so irritated the moment she seen people walk in. Idk if it's because she was working alone but she didn't even try and hide her rude facial expressions. Not only did she not try and help me with what I needed help with instead she asked for the next person in line instead of showing me what I needed to do and once I said how rude she was she denied service and had her co worker help me the moment he helped me he was so nice and patient. He even helped with putting the address into my email. And got it done with less than a minute!! If you don't like your job then find something else to do. There's no need for any cussing or refusing service to someone just because I didn't know how to properly send the email. She really needs to learn how to be professional and not be so rude just cause she doesn't like her job !! read more

Horrible staff , little girl Ronnie tried to say she was the supervisor , when I called to speak to someone, she tried to not transfer me to another employee and kept asking why I'm calling about Ronnie , than had her coworker Brooke ask why I was calling and kept putting me on mute to get information from Ronnie on what to say. I recently placed an order through Amazon. I needed to return a couple of things, so I was instructed that i could do so here at the ups store. I showed up and right off the bat the manager lady who was in charge that day or is in charge gave me really bad attitude once I said I was only there for Amazon returns. After that we started the process for the returns and this lady made every step super difficult! So much so she passed me to her other employee, and this employee was a younger girl with even worse attitude and she was not any better. She seemed beyond bothered that the manger was making her do something. Long story short I was only able return one thing because they made everything seem impossible. So if you have any Amazon returns I suggest going else where because they will make it so difficult when it shouldn't. read more

Had a package that required a signature but it was hard to meet. Tracking wasn't up to date and package would arrive earlier than estimated time. Called UPS but multiple staff said different things. Was told to pick up package at 9 am the next day. Called day of and said that they cannot help me with the package and they're returning it to the sender. Did not help at all and did not care. Staff was inefficient. Matter was unresolved and package lost in the process. read more

No very happy with location. I went to make a transaction with them. As I was looking for a Handicap-cap parking slot. I came upon a large rental truck parked at a Handicap-cap slot right in front of the UPS Store. I am Handi-Cap and I can't walk too far before my legs start getting weaker. So can't walk too far. I confronted the driver. And turns out the driver was with UPS. Who was driving the Rental truck. I asked him why would you park on Handi-cap slot? He said that he was sorry and admitted that he had done before because he couldn't find parking. So I asked him to move the truck. He said that he would , once he was done loading his rental truck. I asked the people at the UPS Store. They apologized and admitted it wasn't the fist time. They also said he was new and didn't know any better. And if I had any complaints to reach out to their Hub. Very disappointed and frustrated with this store. Package was delivered to wrong address(no fault of UPS) and it's been a Nightmare getting my refund back. Since October 8, 2021 package was delivered to a neighbor who stole the package and still have not gotten my refund back. I get the run around, nobody can give accurate information, claim department doesn't communicate with storefront....it just goes on and on. I will spend a extra 2.00 to deliver a package with FedEx or Post Office if it means avoiding another situation like this. Beware before using this store for your deliveries!!!! read more

my brother uses a PO Box at this location because he struggles to get by, and needs safe delivery of food cards and etc. He works 60 hours a week to pay legal bills from a bad divorce as well. Recently he went to pick up a package sent to him and he can only come by on Sundays to get his items. when he arrived he found that the item was not there. the clerk at the shop said he picked it up two days after it arrived. He was working at the time so the record was false. the person would have stolen a bright neon green jacket. something he needs for his work but also because he is 6'7". clothing is hard to find. also the person was saying he was the manager and owner, but when we looked up that information we found the owner has a different name.Anyhow, this place hires people who steal and should face the jail time for the feral offense of mail tampering. I will also file a complaint with FTC and the California state. read more

This upsets me so much! I like the people at this UPS store and I've had a business box for over a year. The one thing that makes me the most upset is the mail distribution and the lack or desire of urgency. Today I went in at 9:30 am and the mailing was sitting there untouched by 3-4 employees working there. A UPS driver left a note on my door yesterday instead of knocking!!! I'm disabled & home 98% of the time & sit 10 feet from my front door. had they knocked I would have heard it!
