Still Breezeline is better than most, particularly Spectrum. But we are moving and it is a real headache canceling service. You can't call. You can chat. You wait, and wait and wait and then answer many questions multiple times. Then just when you are almost finished, you get dusconnected. Since you provided your number can they call back? No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. I bet they cancel today and it is too much hassle to stop them.

I could not get online or I could get online but could not get into my apps such as my banking app. Then they started charging me more without notice till I was paying $100 a month for pretty much no service. It is hard to get a hold of them. I cancelled today and for that offense I have an extra $100 in fees tacked onto my final bill. Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Stay away from this company. Thought Spectrum was bad until I had the misfortune to start with this company.

After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.

I had a billing issue and a connection problem at separate times and each time, the staff: Chris, the manager Adam ? ( I forgot his name ) and another fella took their time and fixed both problems. I never felt rushed. I felt like they wanted to fix the problem for me. I always left there with my problem fixed. I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. When I need a new phone, IPad or accessories, I will definitely go to them. They are a corporate store. I highly recommend them. I have zero complaints. They are a nice asset to the neighborhood.

After literally hours on the phone with customer service, a service call that was set up incorrectly and had to be cancelled, and a trip to a corporate store where I was told they couldn't help, I have switched to T Mobile. During the process I was told that my area doesn't now qualify for Home 5G service. That tells me they have oversold, and this is most likely the reason for my issues to begin with. After being a loyal customer for 22 years I find it sad they have gone downhill so drastically. Two Verizon sales people even suggested I switch carriers. NOTE: this review is not for this specific store, but for Verizon service in general. Ali at the Tuttle Crossing location was actually most helpful. I was fourth in line and still took an hour and a half because people were there with phones that needed help because the phones are smarter than us users. Called Customer Service (CS)…read moreto speak about grievances, I turned on my call recording, she heard it notifying her of this (I had surgery a week ago and can only use one arm, unable to type notes). I took over my 82 year old grandparent's account a month ago (beginning of March). I changed all of the info to match my contact, the bills come to me, everything. The CS rep refused to speak with me, mockingly asked if I changed account info today, was arguing with me; I asked her to stop interrupting me, telling her that I needed to express my concern so I could be assisted properly. She hung up on me. I went online to see if I could downgrade services; redirected to their awful CS phone line (833.949.0036). Left this on their site: 1. Terrible "why wasn't this helpful options" - three choices that do not encompass legitimate concerns. "it wasn't what I searched for", "it was confusing" (seriously?), "it has inaccurate or incorrect info". 2. Making it impossible to downgrade services - upgrade and give you money, no problem - do something about abhorrent scams on seniors being charged $400.00 a month for internet, home phone that they haven't had in 10 years, and TV; which includes a DVR they have no idea how to use, and receivers/cable boxes in bedrooms that no one lives in (who are hard of hearing and cannot advocate for themselves), no can do. 3. Corporate greed at its finest, on such a disgusting level.
