Extremely poor customer service. I had home 5G internet service for 2 years without issue. Recently I started experiencing ongoing intermittent outages. After literally hours on the phone with customer service, a service call that was set up incorrectly and had to be cancelled, and a trip to a corporate store where I was told they couldn't help, I have switched to T Mobile. During the process I was told that my area doesn't now qualify for Home 5G service. That tells me they have oversold, and this is most likely the reason for my issues to begin with. After being a loyal customer for 22 years I find it sad they have gone downhill so drastically. Two Verizon sales people even suggested I switch carriers. NOTE: this review is not for this specific store, but for Verizon service in general. Ali at the Tuttle Crossing location was actually most helpful. I don't know why the reviews of this location. The few times I have been in there, I thought the customer service was great. I had a billing issue and a connection problem at separate times and each time, the staff: Chris, the manager Adam ? ( I forgot his name ) and another fella took their time and fixed both problems. I never felt rushed. I felt like they wanted to fix the problem for me. I always left there with my problem fixed. I found them to be knowledgeable and friendly. When I need a new phone, IPad or accessories, I will definitely go to them. They are a corporate store. I highly recommend them. I have zero complaints. The absolute worst Verizon store my family has ever been to. The customer service is chauvinistic and openly gawks at women customers when they come in. Doesn't greet selected customers UNLESS it's to objectify them or prevent them from immediately walking out from noticing the non chalant or otherwise hostile/resentful energy/body language. We went in shortly after opening on a slow and boring Tuesday, there was one customer ahead of us who had already been waiting despite a full staff being present (and not communicating why they weren't appearing to be moving more efficiently). The entire staff (4 men) seemingly just standing around -- doesn't look good. More customers came in after my husband and I -- a man, who also was forced to wait seemingly without cause, and a woman in workout clothes who THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK without any appointment (yes, we heard them ask her and we saw them gawking). We waited for two hours, with a toddler and still didn't get what we needed-- when the staff could've asked us at check in and informed us we were missing things to process the order/ that things were out of stock. Do NOT shop here. This is an official Verizon store and they know the repercussions are minimal for their lackluster service. Go to a local authorized dealer and I promise they'll treat you better. read more

I've been a Verizon customer for over 23 years. My business account has grown substantially over the years and when all my lines were converted to a business account with a Senior Account Manager assigned to help me, I thought this would be productive. My experience has been disappointing to say the least. It took my Account Manager (Kathryn Ferry) over a month and a half last year to complete my order of upgrading 2 existing phones. At the time, I requested to speak with her manager and was connected to a supervisor that assured me the issue would be handled. After about 6 months, I realized no one from Verizon was able or capable of addressing my issue. My most recent experience was also disappointing. I contacted my Senior Account Representative to discuss the advantages of converting to an iphone 14 Pro and her response was to send me a link in an email. After reaching out again to convey an upcoming trip out of the country for a month, my Senior Account Rep suggested the travel pass at $10 a day. At that time, I confirmed my order of 2 upgraded phones with an email and expressed a sense of urgency as I would be leaving in a week. After 2 days, I hadn't received a confirmation of my order, so I sent her another email asking for the status. After another 2 days, she sent me an email at 8:58pm on a Sunday night indicating that the order was processed and it would be delivered on Tuesday. As I was leaving in the early hours of Thursday morning, I thought I would be able to handle converting my new phone on Wednesday. After calling Verizon support on Tuesday afternoon, I was told the order was shipped UPS 2 day delivery and the estimated delivery would be 8pm Wednesday night. I also discovered that the travel pass for international calls was not attached to my number. As a matter of fact, the better option was a straight $100 for the month. I've communicated my experience twice to Verizon asking them to switch my Senior Account Representative. This makes the second year I've attempted this action and it seems Verizon has no process to address employees for poor performance. After getting the new iPhone 14 and spending over 100$ on accessories that I was talked into buying, which included a screen protector, the employees refused to even help me put on the screen protector unless I payed a 30$ fee. The workers were rude and did not want to help. I am not sure if this is a reflection of Verizon or this particular store. I am 22 years old and the workers seemed to be around my age. So we went to this store to spend money. We had went there to upgrade our plan an buy new phones. Well the "trainee" we got gave us bad information twice he said that our bill would not be pro rated in the middle of a Billing cycle if we upgraded plans. Which was wrong. It would cost us an extra 70 dollars to change plans which was required to upgrade phones. They had an 800 dollar promotion going on to trade in phones. Our billing cycle ended in 10 days from when we first came in so instead of spending an extra $70 we decided to wait 10 days to upgrade our phones and we asked the trainee if this promotion for $800 for a trade-in would still be available when we came in the next time and he said yes. So fast forward 10 days we come to the store to upgrade phones well we come to find out that this trainee did not only not upgrade our plan but he gave us bad information about the promotion still being available. After talking to an employee and telling us that the promotion was no longer available a manager was not willing to make it right from their own employees giving us bad information the general manager also told us to kick rocks and it was our own fault for not buying the phone when we first came in and that they were not willing to make it right even though their employees gave us the wrong information. Which they admitted that their employer gave us bad information and they were still not willing to make it right with us in anyway. It was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life I would never go back to the store and work with these sales representatives ever in my entire life. read more
