I have used Genius Repair for over seven devices so far, and fully intend on using him many times in the future. I've had him replace screens on several iPhones, batteries on several iPhones, and just today fixed an Apple Watch face that had come detached. It was at this point I also learned that he does a lot of other repair work such as soldering and micro electronic repairs I have absolutely no problem recommending him to friends and family and coworkers which I have, and they have also all been very happy with the results. If you look at any of my other yelp reviews, you'll know that I'm very honest with my reviews and try to show the good and the bad to let people make up their own minds. However, I can't find anything bad to say whatsoever. Every time I've been there the service has been very quick. In most cases I stay there while he completes the project. Since I know very little about cell phones (and did not know the screen protector installed was much better than what they used to be), I think I could have easily gotten take by someone who would not be honest and let me know that it was only the screen protector that was broken (hence, an even lower repair cost). I was not only impressed with how fast the service was but the honesty is worth much more so I paid him double just for that. I believe it's the best way to run a business and will HIGHLY recommend Genius Repair Solutions. I found out he also repairs laptops so plan to bring in mine and will review on that later.

They had to order the tempered glass so it took a few days. I picked up the repaired iPad already in case, with the technician affirming the tempered glass was installed. Yesterday my son dropped his iPad during therapy and the screen cracked. The therapist and I removed the case to determine whether it was just the tempered glass that broke - only to discover there was NO tempered glass ever installed. I took the iPad back to CPR Cell Phone Repair today and was told by a technician that it is impossible to charge someone for a screen protector they didn't receive and was accused of removing it. The owner Steve Doyle eventually slithered out from hiding in the back and announced he would gift me "free" tempered glass (already paid for one) but I'd have to pay out of pocket for the repair - a repair that would likely have been unnecessary had I received what I initially paid for last month. I asked for either a refund or the repair/protector I paid for and was told I could either "accept the glass offered or walk". So I'm out $190, a screen protector never received, and a busted iPad. And accused of stealing/lying.

The incredibly kind people that were working got my screen working again and had it fixed in just a couple minutes without charging me a dime. I really wish I remembered their names, but it was a lady with cool colored hair and a gentleman with short dark hair and they both have cool tattoos. Anyways, They were incredibly kind, transparent, and went out of their way to help me. They even cleaned out my charging port free of charge and got me set up with a new battery!
