Rather, he told me that the delivery would require a signature, or that I could call FedEx and have them hold it in their store. Well, FedEx didn't give me the option to call them, and sure enough, they left my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max sitting right on my doorstep while I was at work. Thank God a porch pirate didn't snatch it up when they had the perfect opportunity to do so. I appreciate Spectrum for their WiFi and cellular service, but I would highly recommend that you not purchase a new phone here.

The second hour was spent transferring information from the older phone to the new one Though I was working with one particular sales rep, all of them were engaging in conversation during my wait and quick to answer any and all questions I had regarding the transfer process, even to go so far as to offer coffee or water. While waiting I also observed them serving a number of other customers. Each time the sales representatives were always attentive to the customers needs, addressed their needs quickly and then moved on to the next customer. Additionally it appears these employees have the utmost respect for each other and it was reflected in how cohesively they worked as a team.

When I called to ask why they told me I was out of promotion, ok cool I get that. The rep told she was adding another promo for me. Wow great, easy! Well that didn't happen and apparently they don't have he authority to do that nor were there any promos. Lie number 1. Just to save money I got a hot spot and uped my phone data plan. Huge savings doing this. Cancelled my services with Spectrum and was told will get a refund to my card/account since I just paid my bill. Lie number 2. Never saw the refund so I called and turns out they cut a check which takes 6 weeks. Really just stupid and unnecessary lies. The truth is fine by me but why lie about promos and refunds. What else are the reps trained to lie about?!
