I e-mailed Hide UR Wires on a Tuesday Shanell responded back immediately with a quote. After the e-mail I called to set up an appointment to have a 55' TV placed on the wall along with a sound bar. They were booked until the following week, Shanell said that they would try to work me in on Saturday. She stayed in touch and her Corey came out Saturday afternoon after hours to install my system. They were very professional, and friendly, and very good at their craft. It didn't take them long to install the service that I had requested. After the installation they cleaned up very neatly. We bought a new 4k flat screen TV and bose' stereo theater system from Best Buy. We were going to have them install but they wanted over $100 just for the cord from TV to Box. Hide Ur Wires gave me the cord and the mount. They installed the TV where everybody said they would charge way more or just couldn't do it. Time Warner drilled through my wood floor. Corey fixed my wires into the wall, installed the TV and taught us how to use the controller all for the cost of the parts Best Buy wanted to sell me for installing. They called or texted me throughout the project which over the Thanksgiving Holidays was not something I expected.
