He also gave me advice bout televisions in general as well as what to look for or avoid. OLEDs from Samsung or TCL are well built and last longer. I see some comments saying he was rude to them, but from my conversation I think they misinterpreted his personality. He is very upfront and blunt about his recommendations and gets to the point quickly without a lot of the fluff and unnecessary banter that other technicians seem to possess.
