The job was done in the same day and the installs were clean and function well. I am picky and was not all that thrilled with the double stacked gangs for the 220v, but it does work, is solid, and it's a garage... They did a good job. I took one star for that and because I though their price was higher than it should have been, based on the location, cost of labor in the area, and the complexity of the job. I would probably use them again if the price was right. However, five stores are very rare for me. It's subjective.

The tech also reported he Hung the chandelier and had to take it back down which was also inaccurate because the first chandelier was too wide to hand. To add to that the technician reported 3 hrs of service when they were here an hour. The time stamps were pulled from the ring doorbell. Nice Try!!! So when we spoke to the home office Paula could never get a straight answer about billing. We asked for an itemized bill and the response was " I have to call you back" which I don't understand because you have the invoice pulled up. They also charged for wire nuts ... I don't know if you all ever hung light but all the supplies are included. And to charge per hour little things matter like not taking the protective plastic off the fixture that adds 15mins , not knowing if the switch is off adds 15mins instead of just requesting the breaker be off. Also taking personal phone calls while on the job that adds time also when the other tech is waiting in instructions. so if you get a tech named Danny look out for these things because it's unfair to the consumer have ya timer set. And don't pay when he requests on site ... Check you invoice and pay through the website.

I had to have all the work redone by another company and it cost a lot of money. The county inspectors, Dominion Energy and two master electricians from other companies looked at their work and were shocked at the poor workmanship. They left the outside meter box in an unsafe condition with exposed wires and dangling master on/off switch. They used the wrong wiring and the wrong sized breaker in the inside breaker boxes. They destroyed every surge protector in the house as well as several appliances. They offered to fix some of it, but after seeing the quality of their work, I was not willing to trust them again. They were also way too dismissive of the scope of the problems they had caused; arguing that it wasn't going to require much to fix things. I felt like they focused on the need to avoid costs of repair rather than how to make things right in what was clearly a major screwup by a new employee who was way in over his head on this job. Add to all this, they said they would compensate me for some of the cost of fixing their mess and I never saw a cent. The company may be okay for HVAC work but I sure don't recommend them for electrical work.
