So a technician named Corey came out and spent the whole day working on it and then he ordered parts. He came back three days later and I was extremely cold and upset. He installed the parts but guess what that night the temperature in my house went down to 48°. So no I wouldn't recommend 2nd Wind to any one. The next day 2nd Wind called me and sent another crew out to repair my HVAC unit. The technician who Examined my system, said there was never any heat strips installed. And that was the problem. So another few days went by and here we are and yes, my house is much warmer. But it's always going around in circles with 2nd Wind. I don't think they have their technicians trained
