He called before he came, however I missed his call. When he pulled up, he came inside and looked at the dryer vent and then we went outside to look and he told me all of his work would be outside. I went back inside and he went to work. It only took him about 25 minutes. It wasn't as bad as I thought as you can see from the picture. I asked him about their HVAC maintenance services and he told me to call and set up something. He was very kind and made sure I was well informed. I look forward to my next service with them.

Calls hours later to say he was advised not to come because the tech call line isn't available for my product. I tell him I just need a refrigerant recharge. He says he doesn't know what to do about the error code. I told him I don't need anything other than a recharge and he doesn't have to do anything about an error code. He says he can't come. I say "That fucking sucks", he says I'm cussing at him and he can just hang up. Tech was just looking for a way to avoid work.

He explained it to me and quoted me a cost. The impressive part of the story was that the temperature had been in the mid 70s for a week but it was predicted that the day after Thanksgiving it would drop dramatically. Ed Lever asked if he could install the new circuit board at 4 o'clock on the night before Thanksgiving! My family was pleased at his concern for me. Also, I'm new to the south and my first year here I noticed that the air conditioner would not shut off. Ed was here within two hours only to tell me that because of the steady heat outside my unit could not keep up but there was nothing wrong with system.
