Midstate's follow up and service after the install is poor though. And the quality of the install itself was average. Midstate provides fair value overall considering the local competition. Just do not expect proactive service or any extra effort beyond the basic. Would be nice to receive reminders for annual maintenance. Would be nice to have someone call to schedule six month maintenance prepaid in service agreement. Just know its on you to track and make contact with them or risk the warranty on your equipment not being honored.

Quinton his son. Gratitude. In addition to minding the dryer vent, be aware of all dangerous causes of fire in the home and inspect quarterly. Wires should be inspected as well! Live in an an apartment, make certain your landlord is on top of the lint vent as well as inspecting wires. Check your inside apartment wires. We had a complete heat pump replacement that had poor copper and the company replaced it at cost. The poor quality copper was due to the manufacturer and not All American. I have also gotten a service contract which provides maintenance and filter changes twice a year. I would forget otherwise and I have an old house with very weird size filters. If I buy them, it's always a special order. All American has them in stock and ready to go. I have been so very pleased at all the work performed, the quality of the work, and the value. I am reviewing them here b/c there have been low ratings. I have no idea why. They have been great for me!

The service tech was friendly, but the product used to clean the carpets did not clean the carpets as expected. A foam was put on the carpet then a vacuum was used to suction it up. Very disappointed. Would not use again and would not recommend. Money wasted.

I asked if another technician could come out today or tomorrow. I was informed they only have one technician. This is ridiculous! Then they could reschedule for Friday, and waive the service fee. No ma'am. Not to mention I had to tell them they could not use my water. I was told they would bring their own water tank. I'm supposed to pay for carpet cleaning with my own water. Unacceptable! So, I called a well known carpet cleaning company in Irmo and they had a cancellation for tomorrow. Thank goodness. I will never call this company again
