Mike came out and looked at my unit. We checked to see exactly how old the thing was. It was a a lot of Kareem Arun, but it had been registered at the time it was installed. It was eight years into a 10 year warranty and I told him to fix it. It was the air compressor and the refrigerator coil. Mike said if that was what he wanted him to do what he would do so he was unable at first to obtain a replacement for the air compressor. They wanted him to go to the place that he purchased the unit in the first place and they didn't have one for him to put in. I lived in South Carolina most of my life, but I have not air conditioner in a very long time, I very quickly became extremely unhappy with the fact that I did not have air-conditioning. Mike went out and bought a small unit they put it in while he was still hunting for the replacement parts. It cooled my bedroom down enough so I could sleep in the cats could sleep. My unit has now been fixed had ended up having to factory itself told them that I couldn't find the and that nobody in town meant to one told her her my serial number gave her Mike's name and contact . She actually called Mike when I called him after I got off the phone with her I called Mike to tell her what she said that this is what he needed to do, and while he was talking to me, he got a message from her. He and two of his young man came over. They took out the piece that he had already part four and they started putting that one in while he went to pick up the one that was getting shipped in by now. Have a cool house again like I said been a long time since I've been without air-conditioning I would give Mike a five star review the things that went wrong during that repair not his fault. Mike comes over and checks my unit out twice a year to be sure that everything is working it should be. I cannot think of anything that he could do that would improve his record or his work ethic he has always gone above and beyond. He actually serviced my parents prior to me needing an air-conditioning put in because of the time I hadn't this on I Mike five star review and recommend him to anyone without any hesitation at all.

7/2/2025 - The company came out to check our mini split HVAC system which was not running properly,…read morewhich they previously installed years prior. The technician pulled apart the system, added a very small amount of coolant, but s detemrined it needed to be cleaned. We were given a quote of $375 to clean the system but there was an extra diagnosic charge, which we already paid. When questioned, they would not return calls. After the tech left, the system stopped working completely. After several ignored calls and sending techs out to do the cleaning with addressing the new problem, a tech now found a leak, right where the original tech pulled out components checking the system. The previous tech broke the system and it was out off coolant. After months and months of being ignored from the Columbia office, the resolution desk got involved. They could not get answers from the office for months. All our inquires and theirs were ignored. They finally claimed the left a message giving me a price to fix it. $1500.00. That was a lie. We did not get any call nor a was message left. It is also not their policy to leave quote by phone. The are supposed to email, as they did the $375 cleaning estimate. After a few more months, we finally got a call from the local manager, who said they were waiting on part. When confronted that he had no idea what part was needed, the story changed to needing a new system and they would call me immediately with a great price on a new system. The call NEVER came. After many more calls and conversations with the resolution center the call was escalated to another dept. This new department could not get answers either. After two weeks, it is now October 1st. No calls. I finally reach the new dept who was now given a quote of $11,000. They admitted that was too high. The Columbia office refuses to return calls and address the problem correctly. They ignore their own departments who try to get them to resolve the issue.
