Midstate's follow up and service after the install is poor though. And the quality of the install itself was average. Midstate provides fair value overall considering the local competition. Just do not expect proactive service or any extra effort beyond the basic. Would be nice to receive reminders for annual maintenance. Would be nice to have someone call to schedule six month maintenance prepaid in service agreement. Just know its on you to track and make contact with them or risk the warranty on your equipment not being honored.

Mike came out and looked at my unit. We checked to see exactly how old the thing was. It was a a lot of Kareem Arun, but it had been registered at the time it was installed. It was eight years into a 10 year warranty and I told him to fix it. It was the air compressor and the refrigerator coil. Mike said if that was what he wanted him to do what he would do so he was unable at first to obtain a replacement for the air compressor. They wanted him to go to the place that he purchased the unit in the first place and they didn't have one for him to put in. I lived in South Carolina most of my life, but I have not air conditioner in a very long time, I very quickly became extremely unhappy with the fact that I did not have air-conditioning. Mike went out and bought a small unit they put it in while he was still hunting for the replacement parts. It cooled my bedroom down enough so I could sleep in the cats could sleep. My unit has now been fixed had ended up having to factory itself told them that I couldn't find the and that nobody in town meant to one told her her my serial number gave her Mike's name and contact . She actually called Mike when I called him after I got off the phone with her I called Mike to tell her what she said that this is what he needed to do, and while he was talking to me, he got a message from her. He and two of his young man came over. They took out the piece that he had already part four and they started putting that one in while he went to pick up the one that was getting shipped in by now. Have a cool house again like I said been a long time since I've been without air-conditioning I would give Mike a five star review the things that went wrong during that repair not his fault. Mike comes over and checks my unit out twice a year to be sure that everything is working it should be. I cannot think of anything that he could do that would improve his record or his work ethic he has always gone above and beyond. He actually serviced my parents prior to me needing an air-conditioning put in because of the time I hadn't this on I Mike five star review and recommend him to anyone without any hesitation at all.

They said it would be delivered between 10:00-2:00. After sitting home all day waiting and no call that they were coming. I called them at 1:45.. I was told that they didn't have it in stock and had to go pick it up at the warehouse and they could bring it later in the afternoon after I waited four hours in the morning for them with no call. I was not happy wasting my whole morning when I could've went to do my errands and it showed that their time is more precious than mine.. I don't think anybody would love to sit home for four hours waiting and it was a waste of time no-show no call.. I have heard this from other people after I have talked to them. Wish I read the reviews. We did cancel our order. We were just trying to help a small business but they showed us the customer does not matter if they would've just called. We could've rescheduled it and they wouldn't have lost our sale. It was very disappointing. Will never use them again or recommend them.
