I called Reliable only to find out they were on vacation as well so I left a message and really did not think they could hep me very quickly. This was Sunday Night. Much to my surprise I got a reply first thing Monday morning from a very courteous young lady who said she felt Brian could fix it within the day. This kind of service is unheard of! She scheduled a time and then I received a text when he was on his way. Brian removed the old tank and went to Columbia to pick up a replacement tank. By this time, I felt for sure I that I wouldn't have hot water until Tuesday. Both Brian and his son worked their butts off and finished the job at 5:30. Never did they stop working until they finished. End of story I was able to take a shower Monday evening. Lastly, The workmanship was truly incredible. Being a retired factory supervisor I know a craftsman when i see his work. Brian took no shortcuts and did an outstanding job, he's obviously a craftsman in every sense of the word. I went with Miller & Sons because they were the only one out of 3 quotes that didn't say I needed to rip tile off the skirting of my tub. He said it *could* happen and gave me the price for that. It didn't need to come off and I am so grateful! His attention to detail before he left was beyond exceptions. After everything today, my estimate only went up for a part that was the wrong size and installation of overflow and stoppers. About $150 which shocked me. I will not hesitate to use Miller and Sons again and hopefully they are willing to come back to my house
