Brad and Brian were spectacular!! I did not have all the necessary parts for the job but they…read morekindly worked with me and through their resourcefulness accomplished everything I needed. Besides being extremely competent in the electrical field, they were so professional, patient, and the kindest technicians that have ever entered our home. After they left, I stared looking around the house for other projects they could complete. They were here last year and fixed some electrical issues that had not worked in 7 years. Obviously, they can solve extremely complicated issues. I highly recommend Easy Electrical. Also, Katie, one of the owners has always been so pleasant on the phone when I call.

I have hired Easy Electrical Solutions for several jobs at my home over the years and was always…read morepleased with their work. Unfortunately, I don't know what has happened to this company. I recently hired them to perform an electrical inspection on a home we are purchasing. Two inspectors arrived, completed the inspection surprisingly quickly, and collected payment. Later, our home inspector, who isn't even an electrician, walked us through the house and pointed out several obvious electrical deficiencies that Easy Electrical Solutions had missed. When I called to discuss my concerns, the operations manager was terse, rude, and generally unpleasant. I subsequently spoke with the office manager about the overlooked problems and was initially told that their inspectors were only required to complete the items on their inspection form and had no responsibility to point out anything else. Really? Isn't identifying electrical problems the whole purpose of hiring a professional electrician to inspect a home? Getting pricing for the work to be completed was very difficult. We never did get a written statement for the cost of repairs. It's disappointing to see such a decline in a company I once trusted and recommended. Based on this experience, I would not hire Easy Electrical Solutions again.

I recently had Sunrise Electrical come to my house and repair some work…read morethat was incorrectly done by another company, that I currently am in a lawsuit with. The work they did was fine, that is not why I am giving them a 1 star. The reason for the 1 star is because of customer service. When Sunrise Electrical started their work, I requested from them a list of everything they needed to repair so that I could give the list to my attorney and have some proof of the incorrect work done by the previous company. Sunrise Electrical told me they would be glad to help us out by creating that list. After the work had been done, I paid them what was owed and waited for the corrections list. After not receiving anything from Sunrise Electrical, I contacted them and was told a story that unfortunately the person from Sunrise Electrical had to be sent out of the country for a while. To me that sounds a little fishy. One of the main reasons I decided to go with Sunrise Electrical is because they said they would help me out and it would be no problem writing a list of the corrections. And because Sunrise Electrical promised to do me a favor and then backed out after they were paid, I am giving them a 1 star for poor customer service. I would highly recommend finding another company that stays true to their word. "All you have in business is your reputation, so it's very important that you keep your word."
