Much to my surprise I got a reply first thing Monday morning from a very courteous young lady who said she felt Brian could fix it within the day. This kind of service is unheard of! She scheduled a time and then I received a text when he was on his way. Brian removed the old tank and went to Columbia to pick up a replacement tank. By this time, I felt for sure I that I wouldn't have hot water until Tuesday. Both Brian and his son worked their butts off and finished the job at 5:30. Never did they stop working until they finished. End of story I was able to take a shower Monday evening. Lastly, The workmanship was truly incredible.
