I recently hired them to perform an electrical inspection on a home we are purchasing. Two inspectors arrived, completed the inspection surprisingly quickly, and collected payment. Later, our home inspector, who isn't even an electrician, walked us through the house and pointed out several obvious electrical deficiencies that Easy Electrical Solutions had missed. When I called to discuss my concerns, the operations manager was terse, rude, and generally unpleasant. I subsequently spoke with the office manager about the overlooked problems and was initially told that their inspectors were only required to complete the items on their inspection form and had no responsibility to point out anything else. Really? Isn't identifying electrical problems the whole purpose of hiring a professional electrician to inspect a home? Getting pricing for the work to be completed was very difficult. We never did get a written statement for the cost of repairs. It's disappointing to see such a decline in a company I once trusted and recommended. Based on this experience, I would not hire Easy Electrical Solutions again.

The job was done in the same day and the installs were clean and function well. I am picky and was not all that thrilled with the double stacked gangs for the 220v, but it does work, is solid, and it's a garage... They did a good job. I took one star for that and because I though their price was higher than it should have been, based on the location, cost of labor in the area, and the complexity of the job. I would probably use them again if the price was right. However, five stores are very rare for me. It's subjective.

In the past I had nothing but great experiences…read more This March (2020) I contacted Love for an estimate to repair an upstairs bathroom leak which had ruined my kitchen ceiling. The plumber Love sent out told me he would have to cut out more of the kitchen ceiling (to be fair, it was already ruined) and the cost for the estimate would increase to $235. I asked the plumber to forward the final estimate to USAA and gave him all of the contacct information. He refused and said he would only send it to my e-mail address. The estimate consisted of different options...not really helpful as I am not a professional plumber. My next-door neighbor is very well versed in plumbing and told me that replacing the tub water stems could fix the problem. I called Love back and they sent out Kris Elkins who fixed the problem...replacing the stems at a very reasonable price. Mr. Elkins was friendly, professional, and efficient. The reason that I awarded 3 rather than 5 stars is due to the poor service I received during the estimate service call...$235 for three minutes of cutting ceiling drywall, without useful information...and for Love never calling me back after attempts made to communicate with them were unsuccessful. All I want is most of my estimate service refunded...and I am concerned about not being able to contact Love about this issue. Their website only allows scheduling.

Old homes are often a challenge and we found a brick wall that couldn't have been in a worse place. Our plumber worked skillfully to overcome that obstacle and did a great job. All old materials were removed and everything left clean.
