First, when I took my mower (Honda push mower) Iwalked to a desk and I guess it was sales. I said my mower isn't starting and when it runs the throttle control won't adjust the throttle. They said they didn't know what that was. Isaid the control that has a rabbit and a turtle that adjusts the speed of the blade. They said none of their mowers had that, then directed me to the service desk. As I walked past a mower and pointed to a throttle control on one of their new mowers, and said - This thing. No one responded. I get a repair, carb rebuild. It started once, the throttle still didn't work, and then it wouldn't start again. I take it bake, they order a new carb, I pick it up, and the throttle still doesn't work and they told me it couldn't be adjusted. I paid $287 for labor. I've talked to other repair places that confirmed that the part is in fact called the throttle control and throttle cable. So essentially they were being sarcastic with me or they weren't knowledgeable. I won't use them again mostly because of the initial discussion. Very unprofessional.

I recently purchased a secretary desk, and checked it out and there was not any damage. I had the table delivered to my home and paid 20.00 for that delivery. You would expect.two people would deliver the large item but he came solo. After leaving I started dusting the item and found damage and a piece fell off item while dusting. I immediately called the company expecting to get it resolved somehow, but was told it bought as is. I said again that damage wasn't there when I made the purchase. I was shocked to hear his words saying it was my fault because I dusted the item. He also said we don't dust any item in the store or clean the glass. Prior to our conversation being over he gave me numbers I could call to get it repaired at my own responsibility.
