That store didn't have the specific refrigerator but the associate reassured us that it could be ordered. Great. So I noticed the order on the screen didn't match what I picked out. We went back and forth as the associate is telling me it's the right model. He had my partner convinced too and I'm like no. So he pulls it up on the next screen and that screen shows the right refrigerator but that's not what was in the cart. He is adamant it is. This was about 20/25 minutes ordeal as I went back to the floor to double check. The associate reassured us it's the right one. Come the 28th, the appliances are delivered. The exact one I did not want lol. As I was so strongly sure of but was repeatedly told otherwise. I called the 800 number to explain what happened. The rep says thanks for the feedback. I'm like well it would be nice to speak to someone from the store, she says why? Lol as if receiving the wrong refrigerator is no big deal. So a store manger calls me. Looks up the refrigerator, couldn't fine one immediately but could have it delivered in 2 weeks. Cool. New refrigerator comes and guess what? It's the same one, same model, different color. Disappointing. Next issue, I applied for a Lowe's card. The associate said it's usually instant but today it wasn't and I should hear back in 3-5 business days. That was odd to me but just closed on a house so maybe that's why? Idk. I let the holidays pass and I call the 800 number. The rep says "oh, the store associate never called to verify you, let's do that now". Instant approval. I could have benefited from 12 months no interest but I guess no big deal because I'm sure i will need a lot of home improvements in the coming months. But still. How does appliance refunds work? I kind of want to return the washer, dryer and refrigerator and start over somewhere else. The service just doesn't seem worth the big purchases. This was a lot on top of moving from out of state all in the same week. Everyone is acting confused. I don't know where to begin.

I finally called Cunningham and was told that could not be as they had sold 1000 of these and had no problems. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he quickly said no. He told me he would contact the installer and get back to me. One week later, I called again, and he was rude and said he was going to call me, so why was I calling? He talked to the installer and was told that there was not a new tank on his truck. He would get back to me. He did not. I called again that same week and got the same rude person. I was told that they could be there the day I called. As they had not called, I had plans for that day and could not have them. He then said it would be late the next week. The following Thursday, I called, and he said that he was going to call me, and the installer would be there on Friday. No notice whatsoever. I said that his customer service was not very good. He said, and I quote, "We are too busy". So the installer comes and asks me if I am having problems with the toilet. I said yes and explained. He said it can't be, as they had installed 1000. I said yes, I heard that, but this one does not work. He replaced reluctantly. This was possibly the worst company that I have ever done business. Do Not do business with them. Can't give a Zero or a negative or they would have got one.

The paint is, I'm telling you, at LEAST a hundred times better than the 'good paint' that is sold at Home Depot! The HD paint took two coats and wasn't washable (although it said it was washable.........) but this paint rocked it in one coat, saving me tons of time!
