So I had to approach him to tell him what I needed, which also required accessories but, instead of this guy being proactive and helpful, he acted irritated that he had to keep escorting me to aisles to get what I needed. The most quaint hardware store since the old hardware store in 5 Points. The store is super clean, fully stocked with anything you would ever need. Yard equipment, house equipment, Yetis, even Tide laundry sticks. The people who work there are so personalable, and very knowledgeable about every item in the store. If the item is not there they will also help you track it at another location. read more

Horrible customer service and they are racist. I'm a premier member meaning I've spent a good bit of money with them yet they could care less. I wish I knew that before investing any money. They also refused a return that was not over 30 days, because they are racist. Now if the name Ace Hardware comes up I'll make sure no one else uses them. read more

I am greatly annoyed i goto this ace regularly,,,but no more.....i have asked the younger guy to help me... he said he wld..I am 60ish..and alone.... quite naturally need help ....couldnt reach him..the guy on phone to me was quiet unconcerned,,,about issues of senior female,,ie ME,,,said there was a policy not to help customers in this way....take your and couldn t care less attitude and cram it up your anal sphinkter i am an RN ,,if ya ll are ever in hospital...and you see me......water may take a long time......shareing your same kindness read more

This is a Great store, and they excel in customer service. I was greeted at the door and escorted to the section from which I needed supplies. I didn't quite explain my need clearly, and I was asked questions to help determine an good solution at a reasonable price. I might have saved a $1 or $2 by driving further, but I never would have been able to find an employee to help me, let alone an employee who would listen patiently and actually assist me in clarifying my need.
