The people told me the universal one would work. Later found out it didn't since it was to big, back to returning it, I asked where can I get one? They said online. So I go in and asked again, can u pls possibly show me how to get it or help me order it? She clearly didn't wanna help me so it's ok so I left. After a while I still had issues locating it, so I called again. First Lady didn't wanna bother, transford me to another lady in the back. She was so bad, she was condescending and being such a smart A, telling me pull up the website so I did. And what pulled up was somehow different from what she was seeing. She's talking down on me telling sir idk what you're but this is what I'm seeing, insensitive to what I'm viewing she just didn't care to see my point of view. I'm doing everything you're telling me mama but I'm not getting what you're getting, after a while of going no where I just hung up and decided to go elsewhere. Idk if I'll go back there. Not sure if it's even worth it anymore. To think I use to think they were the absolute best. Their customer service is really below par now that I think of it. I would've easily given them 5star if not more.

That call came and Tony was totally ignorant to the detailed information we had already provided. In addition it was conveyed that once we met there would be no rendering available of the doors we would like as they don't provide it. They only provide a sheet detailing what would be used to make the door etc but no rendering. I was told providing a rendering would be impossible. Why would anyone purchase a very expensive door not knowing what it looks like. I asked to speak to someone else and was connected to Harriett who identified herself as an owner. She never asked me how she could help...and when I asked if someone else could assist us beside Tony with our door she said "nope", very rude. Taking our custom doors elsewhere.
