Bart Fireside refused to issue a refund for the incorrect item, stating that I had received the part I needed, which contradicts Stoll's confirmation. I am disappointed with Bart Fireside's handling of this situation and their lack of accountability.

My husband installed it and after he finished, we noticed it was the wrong color. The company came back over and took it out and boxed it up. They did a reorder for us. After many weeks they brought over the new one and it looks great! However, it's now too hot for a fire. We did throw a couple of logs in the fireplace and lit them to see how it looked. Looks great!
