After getting bids from three companies, I went with Carolina Conditions. They were the lowest cost ($4,500 under my highest bid) and could do it in the most timely manner. The install crew, lead by CJ Van Etten arrived on time and got right to work. I did tell CJ how I wanted a neat appearing installation. Of course during the day I had numerous questions, and each one was answered with easy to understand replies. I was very impressed with their attention to details during the install, while always being aware of my property and plants surrounding the generator site. The whole install team did a great job and as the customer, I was delighted with my install! SC Stimson

I have never reviewed any other company but I feel I must warn people about this company. They did…read morea terrible job at my home in Lexington, S.C. I had to have all the work redone by another company and it cost a lot of money. The county inspectors, Dominion Energy and two master electricians from other companies looked at their work and were shocked at the poor workmanship. They left the outside meter box in an unsafe condition with exposed wires and dangling master on/off switch. They used the wrong wiring and the wrong sized breaker in the inside breaker boxes. They destroyed every surge protector in the house as well as several appliances. They offered to fix some of it, but after seeing the quality of their work, I was not willing to trust them again. They were also way too dismissive of the scope of the problems they had caused; arguing that it wasn't going to require much to fix things. I felt like they focused on the need to avoid costs of repair rather than how to make things right in what was clearly a major screwup by a new employee who was way in over his head on this job. Add to all this, they said they would compensate me for some of the cost of fixing their mess and I never saw a cent. The company may be okay for HVAC work but I sure don't recommend them for electrical work.

Besides being extremely competent in the electrical field, they were so professional, patient, and the kindest technicians that have ever entered our home. Obviously, they can solve extremely complicated issues. I highly recommend Easy Electrical. Also, Katie, one of the owners has always been so pleasant on the phone when I call.

You cannot rely on easy electrical solutions to honor their appointments. I hope they're able to solve whatever problems they are having, but I will be a former customer going forward and we'll find another provider.

I recently had Sunrise Electrical come to my house and repair some work…read morethat was incorrectly done by another company, that I currently am in a lawsuit with. The work they did was fine, that is not why I am giving them a 1 star. The reason for the 1 star is because of customer service. When Sunrise Electrical started their work, I requested from them a list of everything they needed to repair so that I could give the list to my attorney and have some proof of the incorrect work done by the previous company. Sunrise Electrical told me they would be glad to help us out by creating that list. After the work had been done, I paid them what was owed and waited for the corrections list. After not receiving anything from Sunrise Electrical, I contacted them and was told a story that unfortunately the person from Sunrise Electrical had to be sent out of the country for a while. To me that sounds a little fishy. One of the main reasons I decided to go with Sunrise Electrical is because they said they would help me out and it would be no problem writing a list of the corrections. And because Sunrise Electrical promised to do me a favor and then backed out after they were paid, I am giving them a 1 star for poor customer service. I would highly recommend finding another company that stays true to their word. "All you have in business is your reputation, so it's very important that you keep your word."

We chose this company to install a chandelier .... big mistake ... yes the chandelier was hung and…read morelooks great.. But when it comes to billing this is ridiculous. First off the company gives you a ESTIMATE... not including the hidden cost. After the work was completed we received and outrageous bill and the math wasn't mathing. We found out that the services is per hour which in fine if stated on the invoice of the estimate which wasn't. The tech also reported he Hung the chandelier and had to take it back down which was also inaccurate because the first chandelier was too wide to hand. To add to that the technician reported 3 hrs of service when they were here an hour. The time stamps were pulled from the ring doorbell. Nice Try!!! So when we spoke to the home office Paula could never get a straight answer about billing. We asked for an itemized bill and the response was " I have to call you back" which I don't understand because you have the invoice pulled up. They also charged for wire nuts ... I don't know if you all ever hung light but all the supplies are included. And to charge per hour little things matter like not taking the protective plastic off the fixture that adds 15mins , not knowing if the switch is off adds 15mins instead of just requesting the breaker be off. Also taking personal phone calls while on the job that adds time also when the other tech is waiting in instructions. so if you get a tech named Danny look out for these things because it's unfair to the consumer have ya timer set. And don't pay when he requests on site ... Check you invoice and pay through the website.
