Buying a whole house generator is a major decision and finding a reliable, honest company to complete this process is very important. I usually research everything to death before deciding. This time my job was made easier by my arriving at GGI Generator, they were by far the only Generac dealer that showed an interest in answering all our concerns. Glenn set a time to estimate our cost and very accurately described how they would accomplish our installation. They did an outstanding job of setting the generator and the neat, meticulous completion in very cold weather. Glenn and his team couldn't have been any more pleasant through out the installation, give them a call and your concerns will be resolved. read more

I highly recommend GGI after spending two full weeks obtaining four quotes before settling on GGI. The range of skill regarding generator installation I saw with each company was eye opening. Though GGI was not the cheapest quote, they were absolutely the most competent. In your search, keep in mind that GGI only does generators and that is what makes them the best to go with. Customer service included keeping me updated, explaining the process, thorough review of quote...excellent customer service all around. read more

I had 3 appointments for a Generac installation. The first sales rep. was great and the front runner, until George showed up. So happy with the decision. The crew came in on time and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything and answered all of my questions the day of installation. The generator passed all of it daily and weekly tests/updates/checks. Did I mention this is a family run operation. They never past the buck. Always respond either by phone or email, and promptly. Folks if you are undecided, allow me to make the decision for you. Do not waste time with the company from NC, through Home Depot. George has the best prices and deals for a Generac generator. read more

If you're looking for a good group of people to purchase a whole-house generator then I highly recommend George and team. From first call to now we have'nt had anything but good performance from our generator. Now it's hurricane season again and my Lovely Bride an I aren't nearly as concerned about having power. Love too all! read more

The job was done in the same day and the installs were clean and function well. I am picky and was not all that thrilled with the double stacked gangs for the 220v, but it does work, is solid, and it's a garage... They did a good job. I took one star for that and because I though their price was higher than it should have been, based on the location, cost of labor in the area, and the complexity of the job. I would probably use them again if the price was right. However, five stores are very rare for me. It's subjective.
