    I did not have a great experience buying the new iPhone 16 Pro Max here. I showed up to buy it, and…read morespecifically asked the salesperson if I could pick it up in store or have it delivered to a package locker, and he told me that neither of those were options. You're meaning to tell me that in this day and age that's completely impossible? Either the salesperson was lazy or that's terrible policy on Spectrum's part. Rather, he told me that the delivery would require a signature, or that I could call FedEx and have them hold it in their store. Well, FedEx didn't give me the option to call them, and sure enough, they left my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max sitting right on my doorstep while I was at work. Thank God a porch pirate didn't snatch it up when they had the perfect opportunity to do so. I appreciate Spectrum for their WiFi and cellular service, but I would highly recommend that you not purchase a new phone here.

Surprisingly, we all of a sudden do not have access to service today which is June 21st. We will now have to wait two days for a technician to come out to restore the service and the company states that they do not give refunds despite the fact that they are the ones who are not upholding their end of the deal. Very poor company with very poor service. I would encourage people to choose an alternative provider if they live in the Columbia or West Columbia area.

    I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Verizon store…read more I intentionally set things up so my elderly, disabled mother could return her trade-in phone in person at a Verizon store rather than via UPS, because I wanted staff to properly assist her and ensure the return was done correctly (including turning off Find My iPhone). The entire point was to make this easier and safer for her. Instead, the staff were rude and unhelpful and insisted that I had to be physically present, even though I live several states away due to military service. I am the account manager. I contacted Verizon Corporate directly, and they confirmed the store should have been able to help her and that there are multiple ways to verify me over the phone. Corporate even placed a note on the account explicitly authorizing her to return the phone. Despite this, the store refused to access the account or even look at the corporate note, continued to insist I had to be there in person, and refused to use any alternative verification methods. When I asked for the name of the employee I was speaking with, they said "Logan," refused to provide a last name, and then hung up on me. After multiple trips to the store for my mom and over an hour on the phone, Verizon Corporate ultimately had to switch the return to a UPS drop-off with a QR code. It's honestly wild that my attempt to get better customer service by going directly to a Verizon store resulted in more stress, more trips, and far more time wasted--especially given my mom's age, disability, and the fact that I'm serving out of state. This store showed zero flexibility, empathy, or willingness to help, even when Corporate Verizon told them they could. I would not recommend this location, particularly if you're trying to help an elderly or disabled family member.

I asked one question, do you have internet service in my area because I have no lines running in my new rural area...... what's your full name? how many smart TVs are you expecting... ahem... so do you have service or not... well we have services in lots of cities yours included. I gave him my address... all other competitors within seconds were able to say yes or no to "do you have service at my location"... we literally had a shouting match to which I repeatedly asked, why don't you just answer the first question... some BS about I don't know yet I'm looking it up... over 5 minutes to see if my location had internet? Their website doesn't provide that like that others do.... there are also youtube links on other reasons why this company sucks. They used to be Quest and apparently have graduated to scam artists blackmailing customers into 2 year contracts... or else. couple that with degrading bandwidth.... pathetic... and a rep on the line yelling and not answering the question... train your people better, no need to yell at potential customers... very sorry company.
