You're meaning to tell me that in this day and age that's completely impossible? Either the salesperson was lazy or that's terrible policy on Spectrum's part. Rather, he told me that the delivery would require a signature, or that I could call FedEx and have them hold it in their store. Well, FedEx didn't give me the option to call them, and sure enough, they left my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max sitting right on my doorstep while I was at work. Thank God a porch pirate didn't snatch it up when they had the perfect opportunity to do so. I appreciate Spectrum for their WiFi and cellular service, but I would highly recommend that you not purchase a new phone here.

Surprisingly, we all of a sudden do not have access to service today which is June 21st. We will now have to wait two days for a technician to come out to restore the service and the company states that they do not give refunds despite the fact that they are the ones who are not upholding their end of the deal. Very poor company with very poor service. I would encourage people to choose an alternative provider if they live in the Columbia or West Columbia area.
