Well that was odd because the associate next to us was helping another customer cancel their service...SHAUNA/SHAWNA had the worst customer service we experienced lately. She was quite rude, unprofessional and wasn't willing to help us cancel our service but was able to turn in our internet system. We left and immediately called CS support. Unlike SHAUNA/SHAWNA they were so helpful & friendly in canceling our service compared to actually going to a T-Mobile location in-person. I hope management reads this and aware how some customers are actually being treated.

Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.
