I was horrified when the computer (in a computer bag) slipped off a chair and afterwards I could not get the screen to come on though I could tell the hard drive was working. We were going to see our kids and grandkids the week before Christmas and took the laptop. I looked on Yelp for a reliable shop for us to take the computer to and Computer Depot was one of the closest, so my son-in-law took it there. We paid $95 up front for them to analyze the laptop. They said it needed a new screen and would replace it. Mind you, it was a touch screen. We shelled out another $288.18. My son-in-law just pick up the laptop and was horrified when they told him they wiped out the hard drive! THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL! There were files on there that I wanted and was waiting for him to get it back so we could get the files I needed. Adding insult to injury, it's NOT a Touchscreen! I just told him to go back to the store tomorrow. My advice is: don't go to Computer Depot!

After coming in and explaining the problem that I was experiencing, Bobby NeSmith, the store manager, spoke with me on what they can do to diagnose and solve the problem. Most of their solutions involved leaving my computer and pen with them overnight while they diagnosed and worked on fixing any issues, however because I use my computer on a daily basis for school, I could not be without it for too long. Thankfully after explaining this to Bobby, he did everything he could to diagnose and fix the problem as fast as he could. It took about 2 hours and upon returning, Bobby explained the problem they found, fixed the issue, and verified that the problem was fixed with me before I left the store. I am very glad I went to Staymobile as they not only saved me money and time, but they also had great customer service and made sure I was happy with my experience every step of the way.

He said that if I wouldn't provide my number I would not be waited on and turned and walked away.
