Not being technologically savvy, I often become annoyed and head to the Verizon store. Today was one of those days. I was wanting to upgrade two phones and one of the phones was my grandmothers. She had forgotten her Apple ID information. Anyone who uses apple products knows what a problem this can be. Two of the associates, Ashleigh and Iisa, took the time not only to make sure I got my upgrades, but to make sure my Apple ID issues were resolved. Every associate goes out of their way to help you in anyway they can. I experience this service every time I visit this store.
