What I did like was a lot of the vintage video games that they had, which brought back a lot of memories from my childhood. They also had some cool old-school Atari devices, which I had heard of but never seen before. My only real gripe is that the entire time I was in the store, I was never spoken to by the girl who was working that day, which was kind of disappointing and not exactly welcoming. At the very least, she could have at least asked if I needed help finding anything. All-in-all, like I said before, The Game Room isn't really my type of store, so I'm not sure I'll be back. But I'm glad that I at least checked it out and walked around for a few minutes.

You could improve by re-training your employee "Stevie" that was working today 5.11.24 at 3:00…read more She absolutely was not helpful at ALL when she messed up my husbands return. She gave him a gift card for shirts he bought 3 days ago using his debit card and he had the receipt. She never asked my husband if he wanted a gift card, which he didn't. So another employee had to make multiple phone calls to get the situation figured out. She was helpful and really nice, her name was maybe Velma or something along those lines. Not once did "Stevie" apologize for causing us to be in store waiting for a resolution for at least 20 minutes. She was also whispering about us to another employee at the register. Super unprofessional, uncomfortable and a crap experience! We will not be back to this store because of this employee and the way we were treated.

Not being technologically savvy, I often become annoyed and head to the Verizon store. Today was one of those days. I was wanting to upgrade two phones and one of the phones was my grandmothers. She had forgotten her Apple ID information. Anyone who uses apple products knows what a problem this can be. Two of the associates, Ashleigh and Iisa, took the time not only to make sure I got my upgrades, but to make sure my Apple ID issues were resolved. Every associate goes out of their way to help you in anyway they can. I experience this service every time I visit this store. If you are a Verizon customer, I highly recommend visiting this location. You will receive great products and absolutely phenomenal customer service!

I loved the artwork that was in the stores, and one of the employees was telling me that it was painted before a well-known artist became famous, and thus, they were able to paint multiple sections of the shop. The aforementioned employees were all really helpful, and took the time to tell me about a video-game competition that was coming up at the store, and invited me to join them on that date. While I was very impressed with their apparatus of repair equipment, they didn't seem to have that much for sale other than chargers, cables, and phone cases, so I'm not entirely sure why they have the word "retail" in their name (unless I was missing something, of course). Nevertheless, if I ever need one of my devices fixed up in the future, I'll be sure to stop by Gadgetboy!
