I ended up with a bill for almost $500 . Their advertising gets you in the door but read the fine print. Serious flaws on the business accounts side. Customer service varies with each employee (some good and so not so)...not consistent... don't agree to web virtual online meetings. We waited over an hour for a meeting set by staff and the sales staff never showed up... got a series of text messages of why he was delayed. So much about making an appointment for set time. Don't trust them! However... during Hurricane Helene Verizon kept us up and connected! Just beware and get things in writing and don't agree to verbal promises.

Like all other places in the category of phone shops, they felt very inauthentic and scammy upon entering. I hate comments like " hey there how are you? let me take your name and number as you wander the store" and "oh you have to come back? We don't have any appointment slots left but I will squeeze you in and make an exception for you...." That all aside (the nature of the game right?) the service we received from Ru was exceptional. He was kind and approachable. He didn't try to oversell us and he listened to our needs. He was knowledgeable and professional. I hope we don't need to return but if we do, I hope we get him. Actually many of the employees were pretty kind it seemed. Appreciate that.

Drew, Brad, and Von will absolutely take care of you!!…read more Initially, I went with T-Mobile for a deal to get Starlink, however, to get the deal I had to do everything over the phone. Doing everything over the phone turned out to be one of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had. I spent 4 hours the first night to try to get a problem resolved (they shipped the wrong phone to me), talking to 5 people with no resolution. The second night I talked to 4 people (3 hours) with no resolution. Customer Care was worthless. The Promotions department was worthless. The Online order department was worthless. So, to give T-Mobile one last chance before I cancelled everything, I found a store that had the correct phone and was told I could exchange it there for the incorrect phone shipped to me. In comes Drew, Brad, and Von. The Dream T-Mobile Team. They spent 5 hours to work through all the immense problems and incorrect things done by the online/phone people at T-Mobile. I can't even tell you how many problems they found with the order, and they saved me money on top of that! These dudes are legit. Don't screw around going to other T-Mobile stores! Run, don't walk to this store, they will do right by you!

    I have used this store several times without an issue. However this last time I did have an issue…read more I had a screen replaced on my iPhone 6, before leaving the store I put my case back on the phone. A couple weeks later I took my case off while at my desk at work. I realized that the screen was loose (not screwed down) and there was a tiny tiny small hole in the screen. I was unable to see it before as there was a case on it. I tried to push the loose screen back into place, only to realize that there was something preventing it... I shook the phone and two screws fell out. I was dumbfounded that they forgot to correctly assembly the phone and that it ended up causing it to break my screen from inside (again a weird small hole the size of a tiny screw that assemblies the phone). I brought it back to the store because they say "we warranty the screen for so many days" .. JOKE!!! The guy at the store, when I returned to show him the issues, told me it doesn't matter when it happened because they don't know if the fault was theres or mine. I assured them that if they look at my phone they can see 1. there are no scratches where I dropped it and 2. what else would make a tiny hole in the screen the size of the screw 3. the screws inside are missing. Why would I take apart my newly replaced screen to do this? The guy looked at the phone and agreed it was assembled correctly but said I should not have pushed on the screen. I stated I did not know that there were screws that were unassembled in my phone because of their neglect . He said he was sorry but his manager wouldn't replace it. I decided to not hassle them over this but would Share the knowledge that this store is not competent 100% of time and that they will not honor their said screen replacement deal!!! I stated I was a customer for couple years and used there service several times and wish they would show customer service this time as it was something that was NOT my FAULT.... but they did not care. Again, I've used this store before for convenience, but will NOT use them AGAIN. I'm not sure if they've changed ownership.... I just do know they have POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Learn from me.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IN ASHEVILLE MALL!!!! Very disappointed Former Customer
