    Dear Spectrum Customer Service,…read more I have been a Spectrum customer for many years, using mobile, internet, and now TV service. Unfortunately, I have never experienced so many problems with customer service as I have recently with my TV service. The main issues are: * Lack of transparency and continuity: Each time I call in, there's no proper documentation or review of previous notes. I have to re-explain the entire situation, and nothing is followed through. * Misleading information: I was told by a technician on Sunday that the problem was a node issue. However, since then, no one has reached out, and I've received no updates or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. When I call back, I'm simply told to open another ticket instead of seeing actual progress. * Poor accountability: The service issues remain unresolved, yet Spectrum continues to collect payment without delivering the reliability or integrity expected. This is not how customer service should work. I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing Spectrum, as customers deserve honesty, consistency, and solutions--not empty promises and repeated runarounds. I was not told that until I called to dispute my final bill which includes four weeks that I will not be living Where that service was. I do not recommend them as a service provider. Also customer service was terrible.

I went back the next morning because the FB page that was coming up was an old one that hasn't been used in years & my old phone had all my passwords stored but couldn't charge. The woman(Darlene,I think that's her name), was extremely RUDE,rolling her eyes,making smart remarks, all because I asked her to recharge my old phone,telling me to go buy a battery,that she couldn't recharge the old phone I explained to her that the Asst.Mgr had charged my old phone the day before,so why couldn't she? Her response was that it was a waste of time,then called her Asst.Mgr,"Wonder Woman" which was rude as well. I don't know who the MGR is,but this woman does NOT need to be working with the public! Then,as I was leaving,she said," I know you're mad,but you have a good day", then smiled & rolled her eyes.i told her," You shouldn't be acting like this to a customer who just bought a phone & you should be ashamed of how you have acted ", she just kept smiling as I left I will NEVER let this evil person wait on me again & management needs to get her straight or fire her!

That service is not good and I don't think it has anything to do with the spectrum people but the development that I live in. I had to add a Bunch of other channels to augment my communities account and for that I have received great help in managing Kathy Moore at store 5666 on Tunnel Road in Asheville, made great headway to help me understand how to get the best experience from my account. I really appreciate that kind of personalized service and for that I give her four stars.

    Do not use this company. He said that he would give a 30 day guarantee of service. Took forever to…read moreactually hook the service up, and then when I told him I was dissatisfied, it took him even longer to take care of it. He said he would take care of the cancellation and return all of the components. He took the router, however the dish is still attached to our roof. Our credit report is now showing delinquency because he never actually canceled our service when we asked him to. I have made many attempts to try and contact him and get this resolved, but he has not responded. The exede internet itself is also horrible! Problem was we experienced a problem with no internet for several weeks. At first we were told there was an outage in the aarea and that they would call back with status. To make a long story short I have been lied to, told that they would get back to me, talked to in a condescending fashion. The owner and his sidekick are very unprofessional. In my case they were eager to do the installation, but they have not tried to help me with the service call to restore my internet. Over the last week I had made over 6 calls to AJI and 9 calls to Exede Internet to simply have them come out and fix my problem. I have heard excuse after excuse always with a promise that they would get back to me, Never once did the owner try to do the right thing and acknowledge the problem and fix. His associate was even worse to the point of being very condescending when I called it. Yesterday after escalating the claim with Exede I was told that they were sending a work order to AJI Communications for repairs of my internet. Exede told me that they should have it in there computer immediately. I called AJI to confirm and it sounded strange but they told me that they could not check while I was on the phone but that they would call me back. This morning after 2 hours of phone calls to AJI and Exede we determined that Exede has the wrong phone number for AJI their installer (I had to give them the right one) and that AJI no longer uses the service database for work orders that Exede send them so they didn't get the work order. Any company with decent customer service would have called me back to let me know that they didn't receive a work order but they did not. The owner went so for as to tell me that they called and left me a message to that effect on my voice mail last night. I just checked - I have no voice mails from AJI whatsoever. Hmmmm - my conclusion - they want to install your system but they obviously don't want to do the service. Oh by the way - they promised me a $50 rebate for choosing them. that must have got lost in the mail because it never got to me. At this point Exede has escalated my account, changed my service provider to another local retailer and has promised action within 72 business hours. So I am waiting to see. I called back to AJI to talk to the owner about the poor customer service I had received from his company. He couldn't justify anything and I could tell he was very uncomfortable, talking with me. Not once in the conversation did anyone at AJI say to me "We are sorry about the problems" . My conclusion - they really don't care.
