Bought used camper with slide out as is..but asked over and over if any leaks or soft spots. Told no. Also told them 84 months and noticed after relooking at paperwork it was 120 months. Told the rate was 8.99 % interest but could be better with good credit but that was another lie it was over 9%. There are soft spots and leaks . Not happy at all and would never go back and will tell people not to go there. And my credit score was 795. Now stuck with it. read more

We were traveling through in our RV and had problems with one of the slides. They were able to work us in right away. Although they were not able to fully repair the issue without ordering parts, we were assured that we could use the slide and how to do it safely until we returned home to FL to have a permanent repair completed. It was such a relief to know how to work around this issue and they adjusted our cables and had us back on the road. Thank you so much to each and every person at this shop that answered our call and took the time to help travelers when so many RV places won't unless you are going to be in the area for two weeks. I would recommend you find any other repair shop to fix your RV. This shop almost BURNT DOWN my RV!! Their service time is horrible! Took our RV in for service to repair/replace our inverter. They replaced the inverter with a new one and claims it was ready to go! Paid bill and went home. Noticed something smelling hot and burning, had to immediately unplug the inverter because now it is overcharging and our new batteries are now swelling and bubbling! It almost burnt our RV down! Talked to them the next day and they wanted more money before they would even look at it. The service manager even asked me why I would want them to even look at it again due to the quality (or lack of) their work? Please , do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP FOR ANYTHING. Have no clue about what they are selling. Didn't have answers to any of my questions. Told me I would get all that information on predelivery inspection??? Offered me $15,000 less than what I actually sold my trade-in to a private party. I could understand $5000-$8000 less for unseen issues, but the trade in was still under full factorty warranty? read more

All good before and during the sale although no luck with anything after the sale. No communication, Broken promises, multiple warranty issues with not even a return phone call to resolve issues. No organization or internal systems to handle sales at this level. To top it off our new toy hauler flooded on our first use due to plumbing lines not even connected... . Makes you wonder why no one checked mechanical systems prior to selling the unit. read more

THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY DOING SERVICE DEPT IS CLUELESS. took me 10 days to get an appt I was very specific what needed to be done wasted 3 hrs driving it there they had on lot 3 days never even looked at it they have no clue what an aquahot is let alone do service told me I needed a new a/c when I ask what kind they had no clue which told me they never looked at it then told me I be better off to ordering amazon it takes them 2wks to get what I can get in one day. I contacted Specialty rv with interest in a popup camper. i live in Ky. and they were 3 1/2 hrs away. Salesman called me and I told him what I wanted. I told him i was paying cash, so no financing needed. He told me he would get my camper to service on Wednesday so i could pick it up Friday. Went up on Friday, salesman's day off so another salesman helped me. Very nice guy. I took care of the paperwork. Another very friendly man. They gave me directions to their service dept. 20 minutes away. Got there, told them what i was there for. After an hr., they said the camper wasn't there. Someone was going to bring it over and in about 2-3 hrs it would be ready for me. Went back to the sales dept., and seen the salesman. Told him want was going on. We agreed on them delivering to me the following week. Arrived as promised. Popped it up after a couple of days because of the rain here. No real instructions, so i kind of figured it out. Low and behold, no door handle on the door. Called them and they transferred me to service. They said they would order one and send it to me. Got that in week or so. Installed it myself. Everything worked well. Put the key to lock it, and pulled the key out along with the lock mechanism. Texted service but didn't hear from them. Called service and left a voice mail. Got my memorandum to gets tags for it in Ky. had a lien on the paperwork after paying cash. I am not very happy with my experience. It turned into a ten hour trip and a tank of gas and still can't go camping. read more

You know, we got a good deal on the unit we bought there, but the experiences with the service department has left much to be desired. Usually get voicemail when I call and rarely a return call. It usually falls to me to contact them for status updates. Have decided we will find a different service department going forward. read more

We bought a camper (our first) from them. when we looked at it it was partially displayed and no power to it. After purchase it was sent to the service department to be readied for our pickup. While looking at it we were assured over and over that our SUV would pull it. We did research that said otherwise but they used bs reasoning to convince us it would tow. Once purchased we realized it would not. We ended up having to purchase a truck just to pull it. While it j the service department during our walk theough we made them aware of a leak in the lining. The service tech agreed with us. My wife took pictures and went to the sales department to talk to someone. Todd the manager continueed to belittle my wife in front of our 8 year old and made it clear he did not care for our issue.. we understand we bought as is. But while in the service department before we took it home. We realized it was damaged. They could of made it right but Todd chose to flex his power instead of help a customer. We won't return. We won't buy from them nor will we ever tell anyone else to. read more

These folks have no idea what they are doing. I was having some brake issues with my travel trailer, the air conditioner was running weird and the lights changed colors for some reason. Made an appointment and took 6 weeks to get it in after having bought it 3 days earlier. Called to check on it a week later, said they haven't got it in yet probably be the next day in the morning, ok, then they call me the next day at 10 am and say its ready. Hummm, really what did you do to it? Obviously absolutely nothing!!! Once I got there, the jack was bent all to hell, it was oblivious that someone dropped it! Brought that to their attention, and they said the would replace it, they did but with a POS after market, and the wrong size jack. Showed them again, and now they have to order one, and yet again, I have to take to take it back a 3rd time to get the correct jack put on it. The half a'd the brakes, did not attach it to truck and take it anywhere to test it. I even wrote up detailed notes on what was happening and they completely ignored it and did ABSOTULEY nothing. Didn't even look at the air conditioner. So I go all the way back up there, hook it up and take the tech with me, then they we the problem. I leave the trailer again, so they can fix it but again, not fixed after I picked it up the second time. The bad sound is gone, but the brakes still SUCK!!! Takes a block or 2 to stop you if you apply the trailer brake on full blast on a gain of 10. I'll call the manufacture and get another dealer to look at it. Rather its warranty work, or your RV that you want something fixed on, don't take it here. They will do you or the job right. Sad. read more
