Rcd listened when I told them what I was looking for, other dealerships just wanted to sell me what they had. My sales person Tyler Blackford showed me all of the different setups, and that helped me pick out the perfect RV for me. Tyler has tons of good knowledge about RVs and camping too. Great experience!!!

The manufacturer deduced the fuse was not big enough for the fridge, I replaced the fuse myself! everytime we brought the RV home after they had worked on it there was other damage to the RV a cut in the floor, a ding in the sidewall scuffs in a plastic door it was never ending from now on I will just deal with the manufacturer forest River. I will say I had no issues with the sales people they did their job. My personal opinion would be to take your RV somewhere else to be serviced and save yourself a headache.

When my husband and I walked into the showroom/office, we spoke to someone at a desk, who nodded at another guy for us to talk to. This guy had absolutely no interest in helping us, and insisted that there weren't any camper trailers made that were under our 3.500 limit for our tow vehicle (which was also equipped with a transmission cooler, etc.) I asked if we could go look around and he said sure, help yourself. I googled several of the trailer models they had on hand as we walked through the lot, and found several that weighed a good 1000 lbs less than our limit. We walked in again to ask about some of those, but were ignored. So we walked out. Ended up buying a nice Aliner elsewhere.

Also made us feel very comfortable! We dealt with several of the salesmen and they answered every question we threw at them! Service department gave us all kinds of info and a parts book. Super nice people! When you buy a camper, they give you an hour plus walk through of how it works, tips and check everything! Ours was used and to CO2 detector had an issue. They changed it right then and there! David went above and beyond answering questions, showing us every detail and was so friendly! We found out later he was new at it. Bob trained him well! Bob even said if we thought of anything else, give him a call! I hope the company buys those two a lunch or something! They made our first camping trip a blast! You can buy campers anywhere but you can't get this type of service at most places! Love our 2017 Sonic!

They will point fingers to everyone else until you're so pissed off you just walk away. Jason is by far the worst manager on the planet and takes zero accountability for anything. He will waste your time and your money. There is zero accountability and sense of urgency here. Without going into too many details... TRUST ME ... go somewhere else, anywhere else. Just don't give this place your money and save yourself the stress.

Buyer beware! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. We purchased a used travel trailer last summer…read more The salesgirl was nice enough, but didn't seem to know a lot about the RVs on the lot. Since it was used, we paid an extra $1,000 for a full inspection and were told it would be fully cleaned and detailed prior to pick up. We requested a copy of the inspection report (that we paid extra for), which they said they'd "send to us". When we got home it was clear they hadn't cleaned it - dead bugs on the beds, spilled food in the fridge, etc. They never did send an inspection report, and they certainly didn't clean it, so I'm 99% sure they just stole $1K from us. We used the camper one time over the summer at a campground a few miles from our house, but it pretty much didn't leave our property. We then had it winterized at RCD. In the spring, we were planning a cross-country trip, so we took it in for (another) full inspection. More money spent. We were told then that we needed a new leaf spring for an extra $700, on top of the outrageous cost of new tires and a $1,200 inspection (which they DID provide a report for this time). Given the timing of our trip, we didn't have any option other than pay for it, but I'm certain that had they actually done the inspection when we bought it, they would have found that bad leaf spring then. There is no way it was broken with the little amount we used it. The terrible saga continues...we picked up the camper after a FULL inspection. About 300 miles into our trip while we were traveling across 70 in Indiana, the entire side wall came loose and peeled back on itself. The damn thing barely made it out of Ohio before it fell apart. Needless to say, insurance totaled it, so it is now in a scrap yard or an auction somewhere and we are out way too much money. Trying to get ahold of the service manager or the finance manager is also a joke - we had to call and email multiple times to get any sort of response from either of them. In fact, the service manager never did call us back as we had some questions about the inspection report. It says the seals were checked...insurance said nope, the seals were bad and should have been replaced and that's what caused the side panel to rip off. So, thanks, RCD, for the worst experience in history. We have now purchased a new RV and definitely did not buy it from you.
