He was friendly, professional, and very willing to work with me to get everything setup the right way. We've worked with other companies in the past, Savant and other systems, there is simply no comparison to the level of customer service you will get from Silvergate. The guys from ST did a quality job and ensured the area was clean when done. The placement of cameras and equipment is well thought out and their cabling is neat and trim. The guys were also super polite and did their best to minimize the amount of time they had to go in-and-out for tools, parts, etc. From the inquiry, to quote, to installation, they were super communicative about where they would be and when. When they arrived, they took me around and explained how the deployment would go and then gave a good amount of time to ensure I understood how to use/operate what they installed before they left. My only regret, after having the system a week, is that I didn't listen to their recommendation and get a few more cameras. I guess I'll have to have them back! :) Pluses: Price, quality of work, polite and efficient team, performance of equipment deployed Minuses: I should've ordered more cameras!

Some of the alarm connections had no wires and the AV system was a total fire hazard according to two different companies. They had nine power strips plugged into each other into one wall outlet.
