It is a commercial/franchise gym, so don't expect a family-oriented and personalized attention…read more It's pretty busy, and everybody minds his/her own business. PROS: * The biggest PRO so far was that THEY LISTEN: the moment I asked/suggested their manager, Alex, something about their sauna, they instantly took care of it, and he is always very friendly and always listens, and the rest of staff is always courteous and friendly. ATTENTION AND CARE IS A HUGE PLUS! * Very affordable. Many gyms are 2x, 3x, or more expensive but offer same or less and worse. * Spacious/roomy, and good equipment and free weights variety, esp. for the price. EQUIPMENT VARIETY IS A BIG PLUS. * Constant cleaning (a man and/or a lady is always vacuuming, mopping, and wiping floors and other surfaces). * Pool, sauna, and jacuzzi/whirlpool. * Drinking water/fountain is always cold, which is good. * Variety of classes, large aerobics, spinning, etc. rooms. CONS: * Many members are on their cell phones while using exercise equipment/machines, and many don't get off machines (while on the phones), but you can always find your way around that. * No paper towels. They would come handy, but it's no big deal, and I can deal with that and bring my own, esp. for their low membership price. * Only 3 pool lanes,.. but, again, it is what it is, and many gyms have no pool at all for higher price. So, again, overall, I am pretty happy.

Not from the area so I came in for a day pass $20 bucks not bad for the quality of the gym. Clean,…read moreworking equipment. Working sauna, hot tub, and pool. Also want to shout out Spencer, I asked for restaurant recommendations and he went above and beyond, even writing down instructions for me. Will definitely stop by when I'm in town again!

This gym had been a nightmare. They are month-month and supposed to allow you to cancel at any time…read morewith no charge with a 30 day notice (according to my contract) and they not only have been incompetent at canceling my membership the day I made the in-person WRITTEN request that I was moving and no longer wanting to be a member, but they have continued to be charging me 2 months past my official cancelation form was verified which is fraud and they refuse to refund me. I keep getting told to talk to the general manager who is never there or available. I will he reporting this gym to BBB and to corporate. To add, the staff are never even at the front desk. They're always working out or in some back room. The gym isn't professionally run. They should have filled out my cancelation for them very day I requested to cancel and they gave me a run around by not giving me the cancelation form till the next month when I got charged and they claimed I "never canceled" even though I was told I was all set in person. The staff doesn't know what their own procedures for canceling apparently. So I filled out that cancelation form and I am STILL 2 months later being charged by charter fitness. Fraud.

I LOVE THIS GYM!!! Never overly crowded. And they have pretty much everything you need to succeed…read moreand make the best of your workouts. All you pretty much have to do is show up regularly. But if you want the pool, basketball court, cafe, or childcare... probably not gonna work for you. (As if that's what you want/need, look elsewhere) But ALL the basics are covered here. You get what you pay for. But if utilized right-- you'll get all that you need.
