I like the data-driven approach of a 20-minute session. Compared to the previous weight lifting and cardio exercises I did, Exercise Coach has been much more effective in the same four-month time period. The staff doesn't know what their own procedures for canceling apparently. So I filled out that cancelation form and I am STILL 2 months later being charged by charter fitness. Fraud.
