He's a great listener and very patient when introducing new exercises. He pushes me as I advance, but not any faster than I want to go. I stopped in Aria Fitness, and was very impressed with the new manager, Eric. I can 100% recommend this place, as the best kept (almost secret) gym in the area. Here is exactly what I like about it: It smells good in here. An aroma therapy the moment you walk in the door, and they gym and bathrooms are always clean (spotless). The overall space is much larger inside, with two levels (see pics). Open 24/7! --I have a key fob, and can use the gym anytime DAY or NIGHT (nothing else like this nearby, AT ALL). They have EVERYTHING you need (see pics). Plenty of well kept equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes etc. Smith machine, leg press, and free squat rack. Pull down cable station , for triceps, rows and back etc. Racks of free weights, and nothing is ever missing. Tons of attachments, all well organized. At LA Fitness, I could never find matching weights/ attachments. Always waiting for machines etc. Here at Aria Fitness, it is never packed. You can workout and it feels like your own private gym. So, If you are overweight and like to work out in private. This place is great. A body builder will find everything they need here, with NO distractions. They do have classes and training available. The equipment was clean and I enjoyed the vibe I got from the gym. I have been to other gyms ... Over priced over staffed and no one cares if you like going as long as they get the monthly payment. The studio is inviting and so are all of the people there. The instructor made sure to greet us and introduced is to the class before starting. I really loved the vibe of the place. They have weights that you can use for class. There is also a little snack shop inside where they sell refreshing energy drinks and snacks. I'm sure I'll be a frequent visitor.

Honest, non bias review…read more I was a member at this gym for 2 years before I had to move. I still make the hour drive when I can to get a good workout in with CLEAN equipment and a great staff. The owner (Justin) is an awesome dude. My senior year of high school he went out of his way to answer a bunch of interview questions about the Bodybuilding and his Gym Business for my Final English paper. There isn't a negative thing I can say about any of the staff members OR the gym in its current state. And as for Price, all the gyms in my area are at least $50 a month and you get less then half of the equipment that RYSE has... be thankful.

A customer asked a question about equipment, and the conversation quickly escalated into membership cancellation and threats of trespassing. Regardless of who was right or wrong, businesses should handle concerns professionally and respectfully. After reading comments and seeing other people mention similar issues with customer service, it raises concerns about how customers are treated when problems or complaints arise. Good customer service means listening to concerns and responding professionally, not engaging in arguments. Based on what I've seen, this would make me think twice before becoming a member.
