Results speak louder than words. I have lost 73 pounds as of today with Fit4Life by Alonzo. I chose…read moreto start my health fitness journey here with Alonzo's 21 day Jump Start Program. I was so successful with that program that I decided to continue with this journey and it as been the best decision for my health I have ever made. I put my trust in Alonzo's program and I have reached goal after goal. So much success that my doctor told me to keep listening to Alonzo!!! My doctor showed me how my health screenings have went from VERY BAD to EXCELLENT since starting with fit4life by alonzo. This is definetly the place to get fit, to stay fit or get stronger.

When I first met with Alonzo everything seemed great. I explained my situation and he talked a…read morelittle about why he became a trainer. The trial was great so I signed up for a year contract. This is when things changed. Alonzo has a habit of throwing your insecurities back in your face. I can handle a tough trainer but he was borderline verbally abusive. He ended my contract after a couple of months because I tried to tell him how hurtful his approach was to me. He came across very cocky and honestly I don't think he values his customers. His attitude is well you can go not what can I do to make things better. Before kicking me out he made a point to bring up the fact I was late on my payments before and he waived the late fees because of my situation. I never asked him to waive anything because he never even said anything to me about being late until bringing up the way he spoke to me. At first I was not going to leave a review but I will not allow anyone to silence me and act as if I were the problem. I'm not the only woman he has done similar things to and I hope they find the courage to speak up as well. If you decide to work with him please be aware he will be contacting you on social media, 2 apps and text messages and expects you to promptly answer him but he can only be reached during working hours and will take a few days to respond. Oh unless it is something bad. You won't really receive a personal nutrition plan it's more like a generic email he sends to everyone, he will show up late to 85% of your classes but will expect you to be on time or cancel within a certain time or pushups it is, and lastly never received one dexa scan even though its suppose to come with the membership.

I stopped in Aria Fitness, and was very impressed with the new manager, Eric. I can 100% recommend this place, as the best kept (almost secret) gym in the area. Here is exactly what I like about it: It smells good in here. An aroma therapy the moment you walk in the door, and they gym and bathrooms are always clean (spotless). The overall space is much larger inside, with two levels (see pics). Open 24/7! --I have a key fob, and can use the gym anytime DAY or NIGHT (nothing else like this nearby, AT ALL). They have EVERYTHING you need (see pics). Plenty of well kept equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes etc. Smith machine, leg press, and free squat rack. Pull down cable station , for triceps, rows and back etc. Racks of free weights, and nothing is ever missing. Tons of attachments, all well organized. At LA Fitness, I could never find matching weights/ attachments. Always waiting for machines etc. Here at Aria Fitness, it is never packed. You can workout and it feels like your own private gym. So, If you are overweight and like to work out in private. This place is great. A body builder will find everything they need here, with NO distractions. They do have classes and training available. BONUS: They just added an infrared sauna (sweet)! Management is doing a GREAT job! Eric is VERY friendly and attentive to the gym members. And, this IS currently the best health club in the area (Right behind 6 Flags Great America) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AAA+++++

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down the most frustrating,…read moredisorganized, and frankly scummy gym I've ever dealt with. I got into a car accident that left me completely unable to continue commuting to this gym, which is over an hour away from where I live. For months, I was actually making that commute, but after the accident and the resulting financial strain, it was simply impossible. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the gym to cancel my membership. They demand all sorts of proof, which I provided: photos of my wrecked car, detailed explanations of my situation, the fact that I'm now financially struggling and can't afford the ridiculous commute or fees. And you know what they did? They gave me the runaround every single time. They kept giving me the wrong email to contact, probably just to wear me down. I called them multiple times. I even went in person, and every single time they'd just shrug me off with a fake contact. Finally, I found the correct email on their website. I emailed them with all my documentation, and guess what? I got an autoreply saying they'd respond in three business days. It's been four days and still nothing. Radio silence. We even tried messaging them on their website, on Instagram DMs, and still absolutely no real response. They just don't care. The customer service is basically nonexistent and when they do respond, they just want to keep charging you. They never actually help. The gym is run down, the staff couldn't care less about members, and if you try to leave, they'll just threaten you with debt collectors rather than have any human decency. Avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth your sanity or your money.
