I was interested in locating a personal trainer to improve my overall health and to compliment my love of running. Initially, I was attracted to F.I.T Boutique because of the 8 one hour sessions for $99 promotion. I figured this was the perfect way to try out a F.I.T. trainer, the facility and help determine if personal training was something I would benefit from. I have been working out with Jim twice weekly and I couldn't have anticipated how incredible I would feel less than two months later. Coming from a history of back problems I had a bumpy start, but Jim did not give up on me. It was clear that his priority was to give me the best workout possible without risking injury and he knew exactly what to do. FIT is the place to be! I have never had a personal trainer, but decided to give it a shot (they have a special - 8 sessions for $99), and now I am hooked. I started to see results after just two weeks! I've learned to love to workout and feel great because of it. The trainers know what they're doing and are extremely knowledgeable.They are very motivating and so much fun to work out with. I have been working with my trainer there for about 8 months, and the hour we are together training goes by so fast. He pushes me beyond my limits, and I am stronger and healthier because of it. There is also a Saturday morning hour long boot camp training class that is offered to all clients. I love going to that in addition to my regular scheduled training sessions. Jim, the owner, is extremely friendly and welcoming. He matches you up with a trainer that fits your needs and availability. I purchased the eight session package at F.I.T. Boutique and had my final session two days ago. I must say I'm very pleased that I gave personal training a try. My Personal Fitness Trainer, Tristan was sensational. He was really patient with me and listened closely to my goals and physical concerns. Tristan was not a drill sergeant but he found just the right way to motivate me and get the best out of me. He introduced me to many exercises I was not familiar with and explained concisely what benefits each exercise would provide. Tristan was extremely accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments and very understanding when I had to postpone on one occasion. Above all he is very knowledgeable and highly professional. The facility is kept clean and the equipment is in good shape. Jim , the owner and the other trainers were very friendly and professional. I would recommend F.I.T. I work out every day and have tried every kind of fitness class/workout. Working out with Shane at Fit Boutique has been by far the most effective. Shane is highly professional and continually corrects my form to avoid injuries. I have been working out with Shane for the last four months. During that time, I have lost weight, gotten stronger and am now in the best shape of my life. With other exercise programs, I could never achieve well-toned arms and abs. Now, people comment on the muscle tone in my arms all the time; the change has been dramatic. In the last month, we started focusing on toning my legs and glutes (which I have never accomplished with any other workout). I was hesitant to start working out with a trainer, but I wasn't getting the results I wanted working out on my own after having my third baby. I was initially drawn to FIT's introductory offer of 8 sessions for $99. I honestly thought I would stop after those 8 sessions, but the results I was seeing after just two weeks were amazing. My body is changing in ways I never thought possible and I have FIT and my trainer, Trystian, to thank for that. Trystian is an extremely knowledgeable, positive, and motivating trainer. Whether I'm working out at 6am or 6pm, Trystian dedicates the entire hour to my fitness needs and pushes me further than I ever thought I could go. I've been training at FIT for a few years. Exercise, getting in shape and general fitness has never been easy for me. My trainer, Shane, keeps me motivated to do better each time I see him. He makes sure to keep it interesting for me by introducing new equipment, new workouts and always having a positive and encouraging attitude. Since training with Shane, my stamina has improved, but more important, I've gotten much stronger - including core strength, which has improved my balance. FIT recently moved into a new, larger space with more equipment and added classes. They have a great boot camp on the weekends and now offer yoga. Overall, this is a great gym for people who want more one on one training than a "big box" gym could ever hope to offer. read more

FIT Boutique is amazing work out facility with amazing staff. I was really skeptical about a training facility in Deerfield but I was so impressed. They have all the standard equipment but they also have sleds, giant tires and some misc items that helps mix things up. I was setup with Shane McDade as my personal trainer. The man has so much knowledge and he gives an amazing workout. We hit all the muscle groups and he always had the next exercise lined up so there was never down time. We worked inside and outside (weather permitted) I would strongly recommend Shane as a personal trainer. Not only do I love his workouts. He puts on an amazing boot camp. I've been training at FIT Boutique for over a year now and absolutely LOVE it! My trainer, Kevin, is awesome and creates workouts specifically designed to help me achieve my fitness goals. I feel great after every session (physically tired, but mentally and emotionally charged) and look forward to going every week! Great place to train. I started training there 3 years ago and have been a regular since. Now, my wife and 11 year old son are training there as well. My wife who has trained relentlessly for 20+ years agrees that the weight training combined with the cardio is the best workout she gets every week. My son who was concerned with being small has been going for 3 months now, and his self esteem is through the roof. Not to mention he really has gotten stronger and you can see the difference in his body. Jim and the other trainers make you feel comfortable while training and are very knowledgeable. I have been training at FIT for about a year and a half. This past 8 months I have really dedicated myself to building muscle and getting in shape. Shane, my trainer, has been truly inspirational, challenging, motivating, and informative.
