I rejoined in January and visit almost daily. The good: -It's reliably easy to find open, available equipment. -The hours are good. -The music mostly doesn't suck (but I still bring ear buds and my own playlist). -It's close to home. -I can't beat $10 a month (though they've raised rates for new members). The less good: -Overall upkeep of equipment isn't fast or great. I have to check treadmills to see if they're level before starting a workout. It took months for a soap dispenser to be replaced in the women's locker room. The scales were removed (with no plans to replace them) from the locker rooms. -There is absolutely *zero* enforcement of the rules unless you complain to a staff member. People are constantly FaceTiming or listening to their music without ear buds. Staff members will walk by and not address it, which sucks for those of us who don't want to be on camera with someone's BFF or situationship or listen to someone's going out playlist from 2003. I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon, so clearly the cheap monthly rate and tolerable atmosphere has a hold on me, but it would be nice to see some actual engagement from the staff in making this a better experience.

The turnover rate at this location is completely out of control. It feels like every six to eight…read moreweeks there is an entirely new batch of front-desk staff. You barely have time to learn an employee's name before they abruptly disappear and someone new is being trained. The reason behind it becomes obvious very quickly whenever the female manager is on the floor. The tension shifts immediately--the employees look visibly stressed, walk on eggshells, and seem genuinely miserable working under her. When she isn't hovering or micromanaging, the staff are decent, but you can feel the low morale the moment you walk through the doors. A gym that brands itself as a "judgment-free zone" shouldn't feel like an uncomfortable, toxic work environment for the very people running it. If staff cannot last past the two-month mark, the issue isn't the workers--it's management. Corporate or the franchise owner needs to look into how this club is being managed before they run out of people willing to work here.

In fact, I would say it's not possible to master this workout, but there are plenty of women in my classes that seem to be experts. And they have perfect lagree bodies as a result! I've tried a variety of teachers and have liked them all! Each class is pretty different, but I leave feeling pretty shaky in my core, legs and arms. I swapped regular pilates for this and feel like I'm getting a much better workout! I do miss the stretch that came with regular pilates, but this really works every muscle of your body. I'm going to continue to try to master it, but it may take another few ten packs to get there!

Almost 3 years ago, I was recommended by a friend of mine to check out FIT Boutique and immediately decided to purchase a ten-session package - the prices are very fair. The gym was a new environment for me; there was so much to learn, and I was just a beginner. The owner, Jim, made me feel comfortable and welcomed whenever I stepped foot in FIT Boutique, answering any questions I had regarding exercise. As an all-around very friendly and knowledgeable guy, Jim really motivated me to continue pursuing strength and good health for years to come! My goals when signing up included building muscle, endurance, and strength. My trainer, Shane, instituted growth in me through a vast amount of exercises that helped me reach my goals, and after just the first 2 sessions I was beginning to see the results I wanted. Throughout the process, he motivated me to push myself, and also made sure I felt good after each workout. Needless to say, this was a life-changing period of time for me as I gained skills, perfected form, and I continue to learn exercises. I definitely recommend you check out FIT Boutique!
