Pilates has helped me improve my overall fitness and reduce muscle pain. I also think my posture has improved. She provided assistance when needed during the class, as I was a beginner, and made sure to provide modifications and challenges so people could choose their own adventure based upon their level.

I love this studio. The people here are all so friendly…read more I started doing Amy's Barre class. I never knew pulsing could prevent me from walking the next day! Amy's class was a great workout! She's super nice! I now take Tami's Dailey Interval class every Thursdays (or at least try to) at 9:45 and it's been amazing. Tami is very energetic and is always motivating everyone to push harder. The bonus is that it's only 45 minutes! This studio has a kids babysitting area so work out while your kids are entertained. Parking is available on the street - Just don't park in the 30 minutes zone and by the fire hydrant!

Update: There's…read morestill a lot to like here, but the studio has kind of been eroding since I last reviewed it two years ago. First the good news: they seem to have repaired what was a deeply unreliable and often broken furnace/humidifier -- I was frustrated by going to "The Hot Room" only to find it "The Warm Room" or even "The Cool Room." That said, the disappointing: the old sense of community at this studio is largely gone -- often feels more like a mid-range gym where you show up, do your workout, and leave. Little amenities that used to be there are now gone without explanation. Inflation? Seems as though there are fewer classes than there once were, but that may be perception rather than reality. I especially miss the "open studio" times that enabled one to come in and "practice one's practice" on one's own schedule. Maybe that was just a covid thing? Regardless, it's something that was once included that is no longer there. There has been a surprising amount of turnover in management, staff, and instructors. Fortunately, the best Inferno Pilates instructor has hung around through this, and the new yoga team is very solid. For the most part, the turnover doesn't necessarily bother me from a practice standpoint, but it does make me wonder why people keep leaving... Finally, there used to be a great end-of-week Friday afternoon 26/2 class -- with music. A fun tradition, and a great way to kick off the weekend. Despite repeated assurances from the owner that it would be reinstated, it hasn't been. Again, schedules and classes change and that's understandable -- it's unkept promises that are concerning. So, it used to rock. It's just ok now...but unless you want a long drive, it's kind of the only game in town. PS -- Their cancellation policy is kind of BS. It's one thing to charge no-shows if a class is full and your no-show keeps someone else out. But with a well-managed wait list (which they have) and classes that usually AREN'T full, charging for cancellations within (what I think is now) 6 hours (used to be 12?) is kind of a lame money grab. Bad karma.

It was really easy to book a class and I thoroughly enjoyed it with Joseph. I downloaded the app and have found it easy to navigate. I love that it keeps your schedule after reserving classes. The things I didn't like are that there are not different levels, and there are no descriptions of the different classes on the app. After my free class they had a promotion for all the classes you can take in two weeks for $59. Without understanding all of the differences or knowing the instructors (some places have profiles on their websites), I booked several classes that worked with my schedule not knowing the differences, and definitely enjoyed two of my three classes so far. I appreciate the kindness of all of the instructors when they realize that someone is new, and the follow-up asking for feedback is nice as well. (I also received text asking how things were going and if I had any questions, yet when I wrote back with a question I never got a response.) A lot of regulars go here, which is encouraging as well. All ages too! I was feeling old but there are quite a few seniors, which made me feel comfortable with being somewhat out of practice. I have enjoyed most of the instructors who encouraged us to go at our own pace and don't single people out or embarrass anyone as some places do. I have come out drenching with sweat but feeling great! I have several classes to go so we'll see if I've found a new yoga home.

I came about 10 minutes early and the room was almost full, and within 10 minutes a ton of other people came in and we had to move around our mats for everyone to fit comfortably. With that being said, if you're coming with a partner, try to get there earlier than later to insure you'll be able to be next to them. I've never attended this kind of yoga class and it was very beginner friendly. They have all of the equipment you'll need including a mat if you didn't bring one. The instructor was great and it was a very relaxing mind and body experience. It was definitely something I needed after a tough week of workouts to loosen up my body. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and would highly recommend this studio. I'd love to try their other classes.

Not only is it always kept clean, (which is even more important these days), but with their one on one training, there is always plenty of space to workout. I feel that the class itself is a gift of so much more than just yoga. Cassie is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. What I enjoy the most though, is her knowledge in the areas of yoga, and the female body - especially in this delicate time. I learn something new in every class and always leave feeling refreshed, calmed, and further educated. I love the way we start most classes introducing ourselves and chatting a bit. All girls in this position have things they'd love to chat about w girls in a similar position, but sometimes need an ice breaker. This helps w that and just makes everyone feel more comfortable and welcome. And she offers hot tea if she's made some :) love it My only regret is that I didn't find her months ago.

Also like Rachel's class, but the time interferes with another class that I take. The Zoom classes are very convenient and well taught. I don't even have to watch it, just listen to Thomas' very specific instructions. His yoga has helped heal every injury I've had. Broken leg, 2 broken wrists, hip joint problems, and kept me healthy since he opened his studio. Much more so than physical therapy or Dr recommendations. Recently drum, gong, and singing bowl sound meditations have been added approx. monthly. Love those too and wouldn't miss them for the world.

I met Thomas many years back when he was just teaching and now he owns the studio. He is very nice to work with but I prefer a more vigorous work out without high impact and Lucien offers the perfect balance. I get a great workout without impacting my "old" joints. He helps my neck and low back pain issues as well. I like Ji Woo's sessions as well but it doesn't fit my schedule. It wasn't easy to find at first because signage was not helpful at first, but the studio is in the back of an office building and you would miss it if the sign was not outside. I don't know the other teachers but everyone has their own needs and I would definitely recommend trying the studio out.
