Bruschetta pie, alongside his cheesy brother.

The more I try, the more I really like this place. And they deliver. Tried the Bruschetta pizza and it was delicious Generous w tonatoes on top of the usual cheesy Trenton pizza base. Garlicky w sprinkled cheese. Pizza little pricier but worth it. Size of pie quite large. Pizza nice and savory rather than sweet. Same for the regular Trenton pie.

Yet another gem in Malvern. I went with a few friends to eat and the pizza taste and uniqueness surprised me. Let's start with the pizza; we got a Trenton style pizza which is thin in the crust but packs a punch in flavor. Never had the style before but, I found it delicious. We also got a few sandwiches; a cheesesteak and Italian hoagie. I didn't get to try the hoagie but did get the cheesesteak. I thought it was ok; wouldn't be my first choice if I was to go back. Place is very chill and homie; staff is chill and there is a very calming vibe; you just come in eat and relax, pay at the end and leave. I like the pizza; I would like to try more of the variety and see what else but if you're a fan of thin crust, I would go try their Trenton style pizza.

Really solid pizza spot. Cheesesteaks were pretty good too- good cheese to meat ratio (however, could have used for onions when ordered with). The Trenton pie is worth the wait/effort and their paninis are pretty good too. Delivery and pickup experiences have all been decent. I would say this spot does a gourmet/special pie really well compared to a plain pie but either and all are tasty. It's a little on the pricier side but I would call it worth it.

Is Spatola's in Paoli still there? Did they move? The store appears to be empty last two times we drove by (Lancaster Ave). It was our favorite. How will I get Trenton style pizza?!

Yes. They're still the the same parking lot but took over the corner store that was formerly Verizon. It's much bigger with room for tables now and not as sticky hot any longer. Still the same great Trenton!

There is an older man and woman (who I think are the owners). They're both just miserable. He'll at least thank me for my business, but she-- good lord it's like she's doing me a favor and absolutely annoyed at my buying food from them. I've shared that with friends who go there and we all have the same stiff interactions. They have good italian food - have tried several things and their pizzas - good, fresh crust and I think they have one of the better sauces around. But money is tighter than ever and it would be nice to be treated as a valued customer, not an interruption or annoyance. I think the clincher for me this time was the italian hoagie I ordered. It was bizarre from packaging (non-recyclable styrofoam container over paper wrap) to a hoagie made by someone that clearly knows nothing about hoagies - Wawa does a better job. I asked for oil and vinegar - and they didn't put it on the roll which is traditional. So when I picked it up all this oil came spilling out of the sandwich because they put it on the meat and cheese. And I tasted no vinegar. The tomatoes weren't sliced, as is tradition, but diced. That's just a sin in hoagie etiquette. Same with the onion. I took the whole thing apart when I got home, got out my own vinegar and olive oil out, and made it the right way. The roll was good.
