Absolutely love this place and they have the best buffalo chicken pizza around. No one makes it like they do. It's not a fancy place, but if you want to guarantee great pizza, go here. read more

Once again, fantastic food catered for our party!!! The penne w/vodka sauce & pancetta, sausage peppers and onions, baked ziti, garden salad and the garlic knots were a huge hit!! Great job, thank you!! read more

Not good. Their pizza is just average for this area. But the real disappointment comes from their lack of any customer service. They simply do not care if their customers are happy. The owners set the tone by brushing off customers as though they are nothing. The staff is even less apologetic. If I'm spending my money I'll be doing it where I'm valued as a customer. read more

Best pizza in the area. Take out only, no delivery. Worth going to get it tho.

First time I ordered since they reopened. I ordered a Greek salad and got wilted lettuce, 2 cucumber slices and a small piece of tomato for which paid 7 bucks. And as usual a cop was there parked in a non spot making it difficult to get out of lot. Probably not going back. read more

Love Spatola's. It's the only place we get pizza in Chalfont. I've gotten a burnt pie here and there, but mostly it's high quality and we don't go anywhere else. read more

I recommend the pizza to everyone. They make it just the way I like it. No soggy crust, a delicious crunchy crust with just the right amount of cheese. I ordered the white garlic pizza, I was not disappointed. We also had appetizers which were out of this world . A wonderful atmosphere, relaxed and cozy. . The service was good and the owners are very friendly, unlike the other pizza place down the street. Try it , you won't be sorry. read more

Love the food!! Fast service and helpful staff. Not a fan of the small comments I hear from some of the staff speaking in Spanish, talking about my big behind. No thanks read more

They had a fire, the building burnt down. They rebuilt and everything is awful from the service, the staff, and the food. I am in a local Facebook group and people bash them everyday for mistake after mistake it's not just a 1 person experience. Also, they have been reopened for awhile now we as a community have been patient in allowing them to work out kinks but I'm at the point where I will not be returning or recommending them to others. read more

Just about every single young girl who works behind the counter is horrid. They are short with customers, do not make eye-contact and seem to look as though you are troubling them - even if you don't ask for anything...just simply ordering. It's absolutely unreal. The pizza is usually good, sometimes great. I am getting close to ending my visits there - especially after i watched one of the male workers handle cash and then toss a salad with his hands. Again, the girls there are beyond rude! read more

This would be a 4.5-5 star if not for the TERRIBLE service - especially on Friday nights. You are given a time when your order will be ready, you confirm it, and when you get there on or a few minutes after the appointed time and give them your number it's NEVER ready. What's the point of giving me a number if you're going to give my order to somebody else? This is especially true for common orders like plain or pepperoni pizzas. Look, don't tell me it's going to be 40 minutes and then make me wait another 20 minutes for my pie to get finished. Tell me it's going to be an hour - I can handle that. I'd rather wait an hour at home than stand in the line dodging customer. And, I can count... so when people are coming in with order numbers that are 10-15 higher than mine, I can tell my order was given to someone else. It would be one thing if this happened one time but, in the past year it has been consistently horrible. It has happened no less than 5 times in the past two months. I feel bad trashing them because we've been going there since they opened. I really like the people (and as pointed out elsewhere, the main guy busts his butt). HOWEVER, it seems the younger generation of girls now handling the phone line and counter just does not "get it" on how to treat customers. We stopped getting take out for a month or so (which was tough because their pizza is great and their cheesesteaks are delicious and have plenty of meat). We started going back over the past couple of weeks - unfortunately, same old crap. Looks like we're going back to the local Mexican restaurant for take out on Friday nights. They are always on time and give you more than enough to eat. read more

I've been getting food here for nearly 10 years. The owner is always busting his ass in there along with all his employees. I've never once seen him *not* smiling, and it can get very busy, but they are ALWAYS on point with their orders and quality of food. I've tried other pizza places in the area, new ones pop up now and then but I always regret not getting Spatola's. Their wings are really fantastic and crispy. They put the hot sauce on the side so that they don't get soggy and its DELICIOUS. I order out with my girlfriend at least once a month and she loves it too. Best cheesesteaks in town, pretty much everything they serve up is great. Make it a point to get take out from them soon, you won't regret it!!! read more

OK so I've been in chalfont for most of my life and ninos (what it used to be called) and spatolas (what it is now and has been for awhile) was pretty much the only place in town for pizza. Well I must say I haven't been too pleased with the quality of their food for a little over a year now at this point. Their pizza is very blah, not much flavor, their cheesesteaks are fatty, meat doesn't fill the roll. I also had a tuna hoagie from there recently that was by far the worst tuna I have ever had. I never thought Id say this but I would have rather gone to subway! The only thing that saves me from giving it a 2 or a 1 star rating is their cesar salad. I have been getting a chicken cesar salad from their lately, the lettuce has always been very fresh although it is tremendously overpriced. I've never really ate there to comment on the atmosphere, but most of the people seem very cold and be careful if your an attractive girl, my girlfriend was stared at by the 5 guys working there the entire time we were in there, awkward! read more

Pizza is good. Wasn't too fond of the calzone. Salads are fresh and always taste good. It's a go to place for a quick slice.

We've tried them all and this is our go to for pizza in the Montgomeryville/Chalfont area.

Have been to this Spatola's several times and I can recommend their cheese steaks which are served on the best rolls ever. When it comes to their Italian hoagie (I got the 12" because I was sharing it), I was very disappointed. There was very little lettuce and tomato and no oregano or hot peppers. I asked for an Italian hoagie with everything on it. So the uptake on my visits: get a cheese steak...yes sir. Forget the hoagies go somewhere else. read more

My go-to for pizza in the montgomeryville/chalfont area! Always delicious, never disappoints.

Spatolas pizza is the worlds worst pizza. Not only is the owner a horrible person but so are his children who constantly run around the store. The pizza is always undercooked, overlooked, and one time I even found a hair in my cheese steak! My friends and I actually mock the idea of going to this pizzeria that's how bad it sucks. If you want good pizza in this area from good people I would highly suggest not going to spatolas read more

This is by far the best pizza in the area. Fresh, nice thin crust, good quality cheese, great taste. Try the Brooklyn and the Trenton. Just wonderful. I keep going back!!! read more

I pass bye Spatola's almost every day. although their food tastes Ok after eating at Spatola's I realized why I often stop at the other eat in pizza place on the other side of town. The counter help are friendly enough but the service at the tables isn't so good. read more

great pizza's and stromboli's. Dinners are good. I think their worst item is their salads. Always on time with take-out. I think it 's the best pizza in the Chalfont area. read more

This place is a staple of my diet. Ive been coming here for as long as I can remember. I have had some burnt slices, but I love burnt stuff. I honestly cant recall a meal that I didnt enjoy from these guys. And its location is perfect, right on my way home from work. read more

I wasn't satisfied with the food I had at spatolas or the costumer service. The pizza I had was burnt on the bottom and the girls working there were very obnoxious and rude and took there time greeting me. Not somewhere I'd take my family again. read more

The cat calling is really bringing this place down. The guy didn't realize I understood everything he was saying to my wife. Probably not coming here again. read more

I went in to have pizza with my husband who had eaten at Spatolas before. We were there about a month ago for lunch and the pizza was great so today my kids wanted to pick up something to eat on our way home after school and so I said let's stop at Spatolas their pizza is delicious. Both my kids had never eaten there so they took a few minutes to look at the menu from the counter since they weren't busy. The girl at the counter was not very nice when she gave me my total of $23.00 I didn't questioned it even dough I only ordered 2 slices, 2 canolis, a 2 liter soda and a cheese steak, but anyway so she took my credit card and swiped it asked me if I wanted a receipt and as I said no she walked away, RUDE. I said to myself " I'm just here to feed the kids something quick" as I was sitting eating I noticed that she was texting from her cell, answering the pizzeria phone, ringing people up etc. and then she approached a pie that was sitting behind the counter and started pocking the bubbles on the pie with her bare fingers. GROSS. Then she went and answered the phone and yelled out STOP, DON'T MAKE IT to the boss, so he asked why and she said this person was retarded and asked if we could deliver it but didn't give me an address. They don't even deliver anyway. DEFINITELY NO NEED FOR THAT. So on our way out I asked for the canolis that they charged me for and had forgotten to make. She did apoligize for forgetting but as she's making them bare handed again she reaches into a can of cherries bare handed again and pulls 4 out to top my canolis. She them approached us with the canolis on a plate and said here's your canolis handed them to us and walked away. ON A PLATE? WE'RE ON OUR WAY OUT. We were there less then 30 minutes and this is what I saw. I would have said something if I thought it would have made a difference but apparently she seems to be related because she wouldn't be working at any restaurants with these skills. So much for going back, but I'm glad I saw and heard it. Oh yeah about those canolis, they went straight to the garbage. Never a thank you, come again or you're welcome. Terrible customer service and food is priced to high. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN. read more

Ok first, so I walked in and was met with the smell of cat litter. Like what? Do they have a cat in the kitchen? Anyway I just ignored the smell and ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. The guy at the front desk does not speak English so I had to pull out my phone and use google translate. Whatever so I got my food 20 minutes later because the workers were playing soccer and drinking coronas in the kitchen. Further investigation reviled that some of the workers do not have their working permit and are in MY COUNTRY illegally?! Wheres Trump when you need him? Anyway back to the food...as I sit at my table with my 2 slices I take a look at one of the slices and see a large brown finger nail sticking out of the cheese. I bring the slices back to the front demanding a refund but to my surprise the worker thought it was funny and insisted that the finger nail was part of the seasoning. I was FURIOUS! I stormed out of Spatolas still hungry, annoyed, and six dollars less than when I walked in. Would not come back if someone payed me. :( read more
