Life is full of second chances and I am so happy I went back to Riga! I am always searching for a great Italian hoagie and while I found it at Riga I noticed some really quality looking pizzas! I just tried the pizza again and wow! It was so good , far better than my first visit a long time ago. They changed the sauce , did they read my review? The sauce was everything and had a nice touch of several spices that elevated it . Cheese, excellent and creamy , I feel they definitely use quality ingredients here and it shows! Can't wait try the other pizza choices! Service was lightning quick , I live a mile away , ordered and left right away and it was waiting for me ! I ordered pickup and was told 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later it was coming fresh out of the oven. It's a nice, clean, and well lit space. Only a couple of ready to heat slices and a small fridge for drinks. Since it was our first visit we decided to try a couple things. A thin crust pan pizza, a buffalo chicken calzone, and a Caesar salad. The thin crust pizza had a great crust and was very light with nice air bubbles from a well risen dough. The tomato sauce was very fresh and the mozzarella was simple. I think the basil was too sparse. The buffalo chicken calzone said it was grilled chicken but it felt more like shredded chicken. It was a good ratio of chicken to cheese and hot sauce. The dough held together nicely and didn't seem to get soggy. The Caesar salad came with a warm pita salad n top of the cold salad and I was not a fan of that. The dressing was ok. I was hoping for better. We did have a slight issue and I'm happy to say I called in and they politely rectified it. read more

The freshest salad anywhere! That's hard to do for an affordable price. Most places sell expensive salads in a lake of water or bagged lettuce...not Riga! It is a real FRESH taste of the Mediterranean. They really improved their bruschetta. It went from a tomato sandwich last year to an absolute flavor bomb! So good! Riga Pizza is some of the best pizza in the area! We've had their NY style several times and the quality and consistency have been outstanding. Sauce is very good, the dough/crust is excellent and the toppings are high quality and they do not skimp at all. Wow. I just don't know what is the hype about this place. I think all these reviewers are related to the owner. I ordered a large pizza. It tasted like any other low quality joints. I don't think that Dave Portnoy would give a high score. I would give this place 6.3. The pizza had a flop. The under carriage was okay the dough was horrible. The sauce was nothing to scream about. It just didn't have any taste to it. I wish it was good because it's so close to my house. read more

We ordered take out and everything went smoothly. They were very friendly and the inside is updated and clean. For now, at least, it seems like more of a take out spot than dine in which is totally fine. Their pizza was delish- very light and airy. Wish there was less "sand" on the pizza crust though. The potato wedges had a nice kick to them but I doubt I'd order them again. Looking forward to trying more of their food options in the near future! read more

Snowy Eagles playoff day and decided to give these guys a chance since the majority of Pizza places in Hatfield suck. Since I was going to HD for some salt, I ordered a 16" pie & a turkey hoagie. 1st with hoagie: soft fresh seeded roll! That was the first plus for me. 2nd was the red onions. Another big plus. They just taste better folks. The turkey was fresh, sliced thin and better tasting than any I have found in this area! Def be back for hoagies. 2nd Quarter broad in the Primavera Pizza. No description on the web but we thought this was a veggie pizza. NOT - white pizza with tomatoes & cheese. Not what we wanted but was still a winner. Thin tasty crust with a nice blend of cheeses. First time trying Riga Pizza. We've had many pizza places in the area and this one is worthy of being in our family's rotation. Crust superb - thin and crispy. We had 1/2 pepperoni and half sausage/ricotta with hot honey; I also asked them to put mushrooms on it and Wow!! The pepperoni is cup style and also crispy. Sausage/ricotta absolutely delicious and held its crispy crust texture. Also got a slice of Trenton - this was also very good. Will definitely be going back. Loved the pizza here got the pepperoni slice and vodka grandma slice. The pep was really really good crust had great crisp and didn't flop the pepperoni was cup style and crispy. The vodka slice was good the sauce was excellent and the crust was crispy and thin the only problem was it had fresh mozz on it and it all slid off on the first bite. No biggie still delicious but I would've preferred shredded I feel it would've stuck better. Nice little pizza place. I was in the area shopping and wanted to get some pizza slices. I almost missed find the place as the shopping center has a closed local chain convenience store and a closed Italian restaurant and is adjacent to a closed paint store. The place has a small counter with 5 stools if you want to eat there. There was a wide selection to choose from. I had a veggie slice that was nicely filled with a good assortment of vegetables including eggplant. I also had a white slice topped with ricotta, and cured meat and pesto. Both were reheated perfectly with the slices nice and hot and crispy where it needed to be. Folks were friendly and gladly explained the offerings and there was plenty! Without knowing it is easy to not notice and drive by ( there was a flag sign facing north wales road though). I recommend this business. read more
