The process was agile, and where there were issues, Tim helped get them resolved. We ran into an issue towards the tail end of the process, but we were able to work with Tim and Celebration to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Celebration Homes as they are semi-custom and could really offer us everything we wanted in our dream home! You read about home builders that try to cut corners or refuse to do stuff after you sign on the dotted line, however Celebration is not like that. They truly have pride in their work and I am so pleased with our end result.

I have owned my home for almost 2 years and have invested several thousand dollars trying to bring it into codes all the while being mocked and ridiculed by the builder because I was pointing out the flaws. From the electrician to the plumber to the painters and finishers they fell way short of what quality work is supposed to look and feel like. The only sub that got it right in my book is the HVAC contractor and he went out of his way to make sure my house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Shout out to Claud Heating and air conditioning. Everyone else involved in the build should have all their licenses revoked and be banned from ever being allowed to build much less sell another one of these houses. Good luck if you screwed up and bought a celebration home. The Carpet Den in Franklin,Tn. can't spell LVP much less lay it. The plumbing contractor wouldn't know how to lay a shower pan if he had a YouTube video to help and the electrician, oh my the electrician, I am betting they get electrocuted a lot on the job site. Timberland cabinets really needs classes on how to mount cabinets before they are allowed to quote another job seeing how I had to add blocking in because my cabinets were falling off the wall and they wanted to argue with me. We recently found out we had wind and hail damage and had to have our roof replaced. We contacted…read morefour roofers and got quotes from all four. The price was all over the place. The lowest was just over $15k, the highest was just under $25k. After looking over the lowest quote, there were numerous things missing and calculated incorrectly. We went back and forth a few times and decided that company was not competent and disqualified them. Newsom's quote was tied with another roofer for the next best quote. The quote was thorough and had a feeling of completeness and professionalism. We decided to use Newsom. Jason came out and brought samples to help us choose exactly the right color. We had thought of changing colors while we were getting it repaired and he couldn't have been better. He actually bought out SIX different colors of shingles and installed them on our roof so we could see them on our house! He gave us addresses of houses he had installed our favorites on so we could see the completed jobs. We settled on a color and told him he had the job. We asked how much we needed for a deposit and he told us we only pay when the job is complete. We scheduled the work. The crew arrived 15 minutes earlier than scheduled! They started work on time. An hour later, the old roof was off the house and work begun on the installation. Five hours later, they were cleaning up and leaving. This was a big job... over 50 squares on the house and detached garage. The roofer with the highest quote told us "it would take a few days." They did my job in 3/4 of one day and cleaned everything up perfectly. There was no debris, there were no nails, no trash. My lawn looked like it did when they arrived. The only difference was that I had a new roof! When the work was finished, I asked how much to write the check for. Jason told me he wanted to wait a couple of days to come back and inspect the roof after a couple of days of sunshine to make sure that the shingles were laying down correctly, and he would bring me the invoice at that time. He told me that he had used fewer shingles than he had calculated and that my bill would be several hundred dollars LESS than the quote. In summary... Newson Roofing was inline with the lowest competent bid I received. They went above and beyond on customer service. They did the work on time. They cleaned up 100% of their mess, leaving no evidence they had been there except the new roof. They did the work for less money that the agreed-upon price. I only gave them 5 stars because 6 stars was not an option.
