I'm jealous of people who say they got their repair done in a timely fashion. Out of retaliation…read morefor not agreeing to let them do major work when we just needed a repair, they withdrew 14k from the quote to the insurance company. Which was crazy because they eliminated the money we needed for the original repair. We simply wanted them to do the less major repairs first so we could make sure they were the right people before letting them rip our entire house up. We had questions about the appraiser and we were just uneasy with how they conducted business in general. When a repair is for $20k, we didn't feel this was an unfair ask. Especially when the insurance assigned a contractor rather than us being able to find one we were comfortable with. After 3 months waiting to settle on a repair (mind you, our walls and floor were torn out this whole time), it was our insurance company who finally said "we'll send you a check, just get it done." The repair has been completed one week later. Maybe it was us, but when I get a bad feeling about something, retaliating like that because of my hesitation only proves my point.

I am doing a small remodeling job, which is surprisingly time consuming. It seems like local…read morecarpenters, hardwood installers, and painters live in a world where it's okay to no call no show and to take weeks to call people back. Brent, fortunately, doesn't fit into that mold. While he admitted to being busy, he still took my call, gave me a realistic timeframe, and showed up when he said he would - twice! While I didn't shop his prices - because the other guy didn't show up - pricing seemed reasonable and he passed his cost along on upgraded bulbs to make my lighting more consistant from an abuting room to the room he upgraded. He helped me with lighting placement, cleaned up his mess, was careful to not make a mess in the first place, and made my room look so much better. Seriously. I never thought it would be possible to be so obsessed with lighting, but it makes a huge difference! While my job was small, Brent showed us pictures of much larger jobs completed throughout Williamson County. I hands-down recommend this guy and would hire him again for other jobs big or small. While he doesn't have a website, he is responsive via text and also has a Facebook page.

As the project progressed, there were delays due to weather. I was kept informed of the delays, and all expectations were met. There was one small error that occurred when the wrong rails were installed. I called Michael and told him that the wrong rails had been installed, and he immediately made arrangements to have it fixed that same week. I really appreciate that when accidents happen, steps are made to correct the mistake rather than start pointing fingers. I would highly recommend Borntrager Homes to anyone that asks. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. Heather Goodman

I had a water leak from my water pipe in the yard that connects to the meter…read more I had no idea until I got my electric/water bill which was astronomical compared to what I normally paid. I was out of town taking care of my mom for a couple weeks, returned then immediately had to return to go to her funeral. I was blindsided by the bill I received, it was the snowball affect in action.....overwhelmed is what I was!! I called Royal Flush plumbing, very professional, polite, engaging and was going to send someone out quickly to give me an estimate cost of repair. Joseph arrived right about an hour later, earlier than I expected. I asked for an estimate, he was very kind and professional. He said of course depended on how much digging it would take to find the leak. He found the leak in less than 10minutes! I was very pleased but shocked he found it so fast! Joseph is very knowledgeable in his craft and cares about the quality of work he does. Everything that was needed to repair the leak, he had in his truck. My water leak was completely fixed in less than one hour! I'm extremely thankful and appreciative in the way this family owned company took care of me! In the manner that Royal Flush Plumbing went out of there way to repair my water pipe and the customer care showed to me. Honestly, I would NOT go to any other plumbing company. Thank you so very much for the care and compassion you all showed to me.....when in all honesty, you didn't have to!

They told my wife they completed 2 of the projects (neither of which were done correctly), and told her they had to get a different machine and would come back in 2 days.
