Worst service company I ever dealt with. The owner and his daughter came out to perform 4 different projects we needed done. They were way late getting there and I had to leave. They told my wife they completed 2 of the projects (neither of which were done correctly), and told her they had to get a different machine and would come back in 2 days. They talked her into paying for the full project in advance - our fault for trusting them. THEY NEVER CAME BACK. NEVER RETURNED OUR MESSAGES. Not good folks in my humble opinion. read more

I used and recommended this company for decades. All the employees are gone, and the current owner and his daughter ripped me off for $1000. They refused to show me the Lowe's receipt for the water heater they indicated cost well over $1000, charging me $2350 for a water heater Lowe's said they sold him for $550. Avoid this thief and his daughter. I was willing to pay $200 an hour labor, but they ended up almost 4X that amount. If they will do this to a loyal and long-standing customer, they'll do it to you. read more

i needed to have my garbage disposal replaced today, called and talked with Doug. He and his team got someone to my house and they replaced my disposal. Polite service men came into my house to do the repair / replacement. They were very professional and clean up great after themselves. I had a water leak from my water pipe in the yard that connects to the meter. I had no idea until I got my electric/water bill which was astronomical compared to what I normally paid. I was out of town taking care of my mom for a couple weeks, returned then immediately had to return to go to her funeral. I was blindsided by the bill I received, it was the snowball affect in action.....overwhelmed is what I was!! I called Royal Flush plumbing, very professional, polite, engaging and was going to send someone out quickly to give me an estimate cost of repair. Joseph arrived right about an hour later, earlier than I expected. I asked for an estimate, he was very kind and professional. He said of course depended on how much digging it would take to find the leak. He found the leak in less than 10minutes! I was very pleased but shocked he found it so fast! Joseph is very knowledgeable in his craft and cares about the quality of work he does. Everything that was needed to repair the leak, he had in his truck. My water leak was completely fixed in less than one hour! I'm extremely thankful and appreciative in the way this family owned company took care of me! He provided the knowledge that we needed in order to get us what we needed for our circumstance. We had a severe sulfur smell coming from our shower drain for two weeks and had tried everything. I looked at reviews and decided to call Royal Flush. They were very knowledgeable and discussed my issues in detail with me. They also do not charge a fee for the consultation. They sent someone out within three hours and the pipes under my shower were replaced within two hours total. Joseph was the technician. He was excellent to work with. We were experiencing shower backups and foul smells in the basement. I thought maybe the grinder pump was going out, so I called Royal Flush plumbing. Brian came out the very next morning, inspected the equipment and the tank, and said the pump was working fine, but the septic tank was extremely full and this was causing our problems. He asked me if it was OK to call someone he recommends to pump the tank, and I said sure. He was able to get that scheduled for me just two days from today. Brian could have been like so many other professionals in the his industry and told me I needed a new pump and to pump my septic, and I would have never known the truth. The facts are that Brian came out so quickly, gave me an honest diagnosis, and even scheduled the driver to come - all of which is rare in today's world and especially within industries like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. I will be a repeat customer and will be referring Royal Flush to anyone who needs a good dependable plumber. I got a letter from the city informing me my meter showed we used 45,000 gallons last month. I like long showers, but that's a bit much! Called Royal Flush, and even though it was after 6pm, Doug answered the phone right away. He explained very clearly the possible causes, and offered to have his son come the next day to check it out and hopefully fix. Joseph and Anthony arrived promptly the next day as promised, and got straight to work. They found the leak quickly (broken line right outside the meter box), fixed it quickly, and checked not only that their repair was good, but also checked all my fixtures to assure we didn't have any other leaks. Anthony even took the time to fill the hole in and piece the sod back together over the hole! SUPER nice and knowledgeable guys - all of them. HIGH QUALITY work, and a fair price. Very poor service, not showing up on time, inconsistent work with a lot of work gaps (some gaps were due to other contractors) , not completing the job as defined, foe example hot water in kitchen sink in blue cold water pipe, never corrected, window install not completed, and overcharging for pump I didn't approve of (I asked for a quote and they just went ahead and replaced it). Owner is arrogant and a hot head if he doesn't get his way. His workers are good but don't recommend due to all of the problems. read more

After calling Royal Flush, Doug, a Master Plumber arrived expeditiously. He was very professional and courteous. He examined our problem, determining we needed a part for the sump pump in our septic system. He ordered it immediately and had it back up and running in no time and at a fair price. Royal Flush advertised that they did not charge extra for Holidays. I'm a very trusting person so after many phone calls with American Home Shield I was approved for them to come out on Christmas day. My main line was stopped up and I had a party of family coming. The Owner and his son were very kind and told me not to worry, they would take care of me. It seemed they got the line clear and they left. They also left my basement door wide open. When I went down to bleach and clean up the basement bathroom two days later I found a flood. I understand sometimes the first clean out doesn't work but when I called him to let him know I was in deep he told me to contact the city because it had to be on that side. The city came out and found that the problem is back at the house. Royal Flush now claims they told me I had a clog at the elbow of my drain. This didn't happen....I have there invoice, that I paid, $325.00 That says, and I quote "Pulled Toilet, Ran Cable To Clean Line unknown Source of Clog. Ran Camera, No Changes.....or No Charge. They broke my toilet but will not replace it because, and I quote " I ran my mouth when he was about to tell me he would replace it" I've never been treated with such disrespect. I am a woman trying to take care of my home and I don't understand a business person trying to talk out of both sides of their mouth and my buying it. Royal Flush broke my toilet and then told me it was my fault. Royal Flush finally wanted to send another plumber to my home that was not under contract to flush my lines again. Called at 8 am and was told they would be at my house between 12-2 the same day since they were only five minutes from me. Was told to send him my info (address) and phone number and they would call 20 minutes before coming. Hung up immediately sent text. At 2 still no word so I shot another text asking if they were still coming. No response. At about 2:40-2:45 I called...no answer so I left a message asking him to call me back...it's now 8:33 pm and no response. Really disappointed that not only did I cut my day short to make sure I was here for them when they didn't show but I also didn't call anyone else trying to give them the benefit of the doubt...guess I will be calling a different business tomorrow. If he wasn't going to make it he could have called or texted me back. I would've understood as things happen but to not respond just makes me feel like my job as my important because it wasn't a bigger issue. read more

In today's world we rarely have that experience that makes us say that we would do it again and recommend the business to our family and friends. A couple of days ago I had that experience with Doug at Royal Flush Plumbing in Spring HIll TN. We did have to wait a couple of days and our problem wasn't an extremely immediate one but when he came out the man and his business performed at such a high standard it warrants mentioning. Doug knows his stuff and in his mind is the clients need to have a project completed fast and while trying to save them money in the process. In today's world a plumber, electrician, or mechanic etc is in a position to take advantage of the clients vulnerability and many do but not Doug, he is trying to find a way to get your project completed while considering your budget. Honesty, respectfulness, effective communication skills, and awesome pricing make Royal Flush the person you have to call when you need a plumbing project estimated and worked. Very disappointed with Royal Flush. I hired them for work on a basement bathroom remodel and they took 5 days instead of the 2 that they quoted. They raised my price by $200 during the project and now I have had to hire another plumber to fix their low-quality work. Avoid if possible. read more
