I was worried to say the least, and in urgent need of professional help, worried for a possible electrical fire at home too. I called Lee Company , and despite the late hour and the distance they had to travel to reach my home (they drove 2 hours), they came at 10:30 p.m, were calming, professional, and empathetic to my stressful situation. They not only fixed the immediate hazard but also took their time, were kind, professional, took time to answer questions, went above and beyond, was very talkative, and it felt like having a knowledgeable friend over versus an electrician. Their expertise was evident as they quickly identified the underlying issue and corrected the wiring that caused my shock and replaced light switches as well as helped with other concerns I had (an outlet that had to be replaced, etc). This level of dedication and after-hours emergency response is rare. They turned a scary situation for me into a safe and secure one.
