Total installation costs: $150, + $83 original call + $5.76 for new screws + $50 for extra time. Cost $288 to get simple toilet installed. AND I had to carry the old one to the dump. Nice guy, but not $288 nice. Will not use him again.

When I had a few questions before scheduling, the dispatcher/scheduler offered to get a tech on the phone for me to talk with. When one wasn't immediately available, said she'd call me back when a tech could talk, and they actually did call back timely. The tech offered clear helpful advice. Scheduled service, and tech showed up at the arranged time. Friendly, very knowledgeable, did an excellent job. He even made sure the site was completely cleaned up before finishing. They told me that it could be fixed. I paid over $500 and have them come out twice because it never would fill up properly. I had the motherboard replaced approximately a year prior to that by another company that did an excellent job so I knew it wasn't the motherboard. And that's what they confirmed as well. They told me that they would refund the labor, which was around $250. I kept checking my bank account and they never refunded it. I reached out to them and let them know and they adamantly said that they had credited my account back. I reached out to my Bank who also sent me confirmation that it was never credited because the account was closed out. My bank sent that information to me and I gave it to Lee Company. They kept saying they would check into it. They never got back to me when they finally did get back to me because I initiated they stood by what they said that they had credited it back, even though my bank said that absolutely never happened and my account showed it was never credited. We went back-and-forth they continually lied so at the end of the day they took my money and ran! I also spent $9000 getting a new air-conditioning system. They never have come out to do any sort of maintenance on it. Not even the six month check up that other companies give to you like Donelson Air and Hiller. I had also used them for a clients house. They had all their cast-iron plumbing pipes changed to the updated PVC Lee Company only changed some of them and misled my client to thinking that it was all completed. She only found out. They lied when we had a contractor out there to crawl under the house and saw that Lee Company did a really shotty job. I would not ever recommend this company buyer beware! They are not reputable. They are not honest and they are not trustworthy.

My call was answered promptly, Mark (the owner of the company) patiently heard me explain my dilemma, and without judgment told me someone would be sent out to help within an hour.
