The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! They not only fixed the immediate hazard but also took their time, were kind, professional, took time to answer questions, went above and beyond, was very talkative, and it felt like having a knowledgeable friend over versus an electrician. I called GBT Heating & Cooling as they were the ones who installed the furnace when the house was first built a few years ago. They did not answer, so I left a message but never heard back. I called a different company, and they came to my home within the hour. When they arrived, the three guys assessed the situation and found that the wires for the heat kit were never hooked up to the furnace (see photo). In addition, the breaker for the heat kit was never mounted (see photo). This company was able to remedy the situation quickly, but I ended up spending $159 for them to fix work that should have been done when the furnace was first installed. After contacting the company again via email to inform them of this issue, they still did not give me the courtesy of a response.

I was really cheering for him to deliver on promises that were repeatedly left unfulfilled. I had to stay on top of the process with Rusty the entire time. I am still waiting to hear back about warranty coverage. It's common for 2 weeks to go by and I have to follow up again only to be left with no response. I no longer trust that Climate Pro will honor any installation work. Rusty will tell you that he'll take care of all concerns and then not follow up or show up. When one pays over $7K for a new unit installation and duct work, there should be some guarantee of work and a responsive line of communication. My advice for future customers...If you really are compelled to work with Climate Pro, then I'd suggest you hold onto your money until every promise is fulfilled. Do not leave one thing undone, not matter how small. But be warned about the vacant promises... There can be no warranty for his installation work if he is not dependable.
