It felt easy for me to trust him inside my home, etc. One extra note: he charged me slightly LESS than the estimate, since the work ended up being completed in less time than he had anticipated. Too often an estimate can feel like a minimum - I appreciated this very much. This was my first time calling Hero Pro Services, but I expect to use them in the future.

The tubing sent with the unit was the incorrect size. The tech arrived within the appointment window and took inventory of the pieces and parts. The correct size tube would need to be picked up. The tech arranged a time for the next day to bring the tubing, complete the connections, charge the unit, and start up. The tech arrived early with all the supplies and completed the installation. We appreciate True Blue's willingness to complete the installation and start-up of the unit. Several other companies would not install a unit that was supplied by others. Great service! I won't hesitate to hire them again.

This unit has been noisy and constantly running so this is why I called another company, Davis H&C... SO glad I did. Cory was the tech sent out and he immediately identified the fan motor being the issue, helped me sort out the thermostat problem I was having (found the batteries corroded in there) AND Cory asked if I'd had the unit serviced anytime recently and being that I had just the month prior, He showed me what he'd found once he opened the unit outside: a huge, petrified, fried rat that had been electrocuted there as well as years of cobwebs. So that told me I was totally ripped off by the other company (McNeese). So glad to get such fast response, help, advise and repair of my unit at a good price!! Best accolades to Cory for being such a great HVAC expert!

Unprofessional and do not live up to their word!…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I was given an estimate ahead of time, but when the plumber arrived on-site, I was told the cost would be nearly double what had originally been quoted. There was no clear justification for such a significant increase, and it felt misleading and unprofessional. Reliable service providers should stand by their estimates or, at the very least, communicate transparently about potential changes before starting the job. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly recommend looking for a plumber who values honesty and follows through on their word, as this company did not meet those expectations.
